From day one, it's been clear how much attention they put into maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment for the kids. As a parent, that peace of mind means everything. What truly sets them apart is how they go above and beyond to care for the children not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. The teachers genuinely know each child, understand their needs, and treat them with so much patience and care. Communication with parents is excellent. I always feel informed and included, whether it's daily updates, quick check-ins, or thoughtful conversations about my children's development. The curriculum is both fun and meaningful. My children are constantly engaged, learning through play, and I've seen them grow more independent and confident because of it. They're encouraged to try things on their own in such a supportive way. And the summer activities are an absolute highlight! The extra creativity, themed events, and fun experiences make summer truly special for the kids -- they come home happy, excited, and full of stories every day. I'm so grateful to have found a daycare that truly feels like a partnership in caring for my children. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and trustworthy environment.

The staff genuinely cares and makes a point to connect with both children and families. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My child loves it there, and I am very happy with the continued development I see. Even from an early age, I could tell they were working closely and providing strong support. Thank you to the entire staff!

I had a very disappointing experience with the director and office staff…read more The biggest issue was communication. After I spent significant time and effort rearranging my schedule and preparing for enrollment, no one contacted me to let me know that my child's spot was no longer available. Instead, I later learned that other families had been placed ahead of us and the room was full. What frustrates me most is not simply that a spot became unavailablethings happen. The problem is that no one communicated this to me in a timely manner, despite the impact it had on my family. I wasted time, energy, and effort based on information that was no longer accurate. When concerns were raised, I did not feel that management took accountability for the breakdown in communication. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and working toward a solution, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Parents deserve clear, timely communication when making important childcare decisions. I hope the director and office staff improve their communication practices so other families do not experience the same frustration and stress that mine did.

I love that they have a longer school day (8:45 a.m. - 2 p.m.) but you can do extended hours (7:45 a.m. - 4 p.m.) if you want/need to. I also love that you can customize your schedule and it's not just a Tuesday/Thursday-type thing. In addition to regular classroom instruction, the kids go to literacy, gym, Chapel, computer and library. They also do such adorable annual events like Mother's Day Tea, Donuts with Dad, Thanksgiving feasts, Christmas and Valentine's parties, etc. Totally worth every penny!!!

There were so many great reviews and so many recommendations i decided to check this place out for…read moremy self for my 2 1/2 year old. Called before going and expressed what days I was interested in and that I would need my son to start Monday. They told me that was great and to come in person to tour the place. I also had sent two emails previously one expressing the cost for previous schedule I needed and one asking if cloth diapers would be okay and also letting them know my son is non verbal. Well got a response for my first email but not the second. Anyways as I get there the front desk lady immediately begins to print out emails to show me which I didn't understand why and then I proceed with asking questions about cloth and ratio in the class and let them know my son was in the process of being tested for Autism. Well not only was I told cloth diapers are not permitted ( which I was willing to switch to disposable if needed) but I was also now told that now they didn't have full time availability anymore. Along with a paper that they printed for me that had other daycare numbers that they said would fit more for my child's needs. Julie the director also proceeded to tell me that maybe I should look into the public school system and try to get him in their as soon as I can. ( my son is 2 1/2 years old ) I was also asked where do I live which to me that's totally irrelevant to all this. The only thing I got from this experience was they now didn't have availability because my son is non verbal and in line for being tested for Autism. How sad that I had to go to my car and cry that my son was being rejected because of his needs after dealing with this suppose Christian facility. We are children's directors in our church and I would never reject a child no matter what his needs are.

They have hands down the best facility in the area, with a clean beautiful interior and amazing caring teachers. My kids have learned so much through the years, from abcs and numbers to potty training and table manners. There have been some wonderful teachers over the years that have moved onto other careers, but the director Ms. Allyson does a remarkable job finding other awesome teachers and keeping up the excellent quality of this school. She knows every kid's name, and is very passionate about education and well-being of all the kids. I have friends with kids at other Creme locations, and I haven't heard of any other directors who are as dedicated as Ms. Allyson. My kids are excited to go to school every morning, and we would recommend this facility to anyone looking to start their kids in daycare.

I really hate that so many childcare facilities don't list their pricing so I am attaching a photo…read moreof the rates I received three weeks ago. Currently I have a nanny at home with my child and I'm all for not choosing cost over care, if you're lucky enough to even do this given how insanely priced good care is, but parents are too busy to find time to swing by or wait on hold just to get the prices. I can assure these facilities this is the wrong approach. Whether a parent sees your pricing prior to a visit or after won't change the decision. In fact I'd argue that by withholding the pricing it could be worse since the sheer shock of the cost might steer them away whereas being able to compare costs from multiple providers along with the educators of each school, services provided and facilities would allow them to see the value for the cost. In any event I did a tour at Crème and I did find the inside impressive. I felt the under two area a little lacking on activities but it was a brief tour and maybe they bring in more things during class. The teacher I met was nice, but a little over the top in my opinion. I'm all for making someone new feel welcome, but it has to also feel genuine. I could see how if all you looked at was the facility you would be immediately sold, but I wasn't. I also didn't like that they had all this fancy tech, but didn't have live stream video? Why bother if everything is so delayed? When you walk in you see a whole wall of screens showing live feed video so it's obviously setup for that. In Mexico its standard to have live stream now so I know it must be fear of legal action that keeps these schools from implementing it. I know there's some crazy parents out there so I understand, but again that's not enough of a reason not to implement what parents want. Most of us just want to be able to check in and see our sweetie when we get a moment. The woman who gave me the tour was also nice and followed up with a text and email. If I were to give advice to someone looking for a child under 2 to get a nanny instead as they are about $1,500 month full time and will make your life a lot easier. If you're looking for your child 2+ then it's a decent option for the area albeit the high cost. I will say their menu for meals and the fact that they provide both diapers and wipes is a huge plus for busy parents! Less things to remember and worry about in the morning. If you can get past the cost and the name (I find it sounds a little pretentious and as a white person would feel uncomfortable saying the name of it in conversation) then check them out. P.S. I apologize for any grammatical errors, run on sentences and typos as I wrote this lengthy review from my iPhone
