I was floored when I brought my car in on the recommendation of a friend because it was making a sound once in awhile, and they did a bumper to bumper exam of my entire car and couldn't find anything wrong, and didn't charge me. That alone, will make me always go back to them. They are honest, friendly, and fair-priced. Can usually get an appointment fairly quickly too, just make sure you make one!

John and Breen & Co. are not just professional, but personable and understanding. Yes, Hamilton's is a business, and they make money, but John will not hesitate to tell us when it's in our interest to take it to the dealer for service because of a warranty issue - he will even call the dealer and ensure that our parts are covered. He will always work on getting us the best price he can on what we need, even when he acknowledges that it *could* be cheaper elsewhere. To me, at this point, even if it's a few bucks more, I just trust Hamilton's more, and that's worth a ton. John knows our cars as soon as we call, and knows their service records - because, at this point, we have no reason to have them serviced anyplace else.
