If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired this mediator expecting professionalism, guidance, and at the bare minimum-some actual mediation. Instead, we received the opposite. There was ZERO mediation whatsoever, my ex husband and I ended up sorting out EVERY single detail ourselves while paying for someone who was unreachable. Her secretary was a gatekeeper and wouldn't put our calls through 90% of the time. When paperwork finally came back, it was riddled with incorrect boxes checked, misspellings, and incomplete addresses-mistakes that caused multiple delays. The final blow?! We found out we had been divorced for two months when the occupants of our former home contacted us and told we had mail there. Thankfully, they contacted us or we would still be wondering. Now that my divorce has been finalized (not through this office) I feel like I can write this review. My ex husband and I were assigned to Zina for mediation and after my second meeting with her I felt so unsettled. Her unprofessional, mean girl demeanor was awful. She made a few comments that didn't sit right with me and made me feel like she was siding with my ex and not even hearing me. She wrote up paperwork that was completely wrong, which I wouldn't have known if I didn't take my business elsewhere. The attorney I ended up hiring was appalled at the documents I had received from this office. If I would've gone through with this office, I would've been scammed out of what my kids and I deserved because the person I worked with seemed to have a personal issue with me. Do NOT go to this office. They do not know what they're doing. I am disturbed thinking about the amount of other people who have been here and told they can't get more than what they're writing up. read more

They charged me $1,500 the first month and did nothing to further my case. They immediately sent a bunch of disclosures to opposing counsel that were already covered in the standard restraining order when you file for divorce. Then, they held a "team" meeting allegedly to talk about my case but provided no notes of what was discussed. When I questioned Mark Irwin he got huffy. Divorce is never easy. There's an emotional component that underlines every action during the process and those heightened emotions can lead to poor decisions. Divorce becomes much more difficult when you cannot successfully co-parent with your ex, when there is abuse allegations, and when civil claims are tossed in as well. Mine had all of those and more. Some people are able to be divorced and move on with civility. That was not my experience. When I first when to see the Irwin's, I was emotionally fragile. I had been targeted for destruction and devastation and although I'm a person with high integrity that believes in justice, I had to continually defend myself and my conduct to various agencies. It was like a sojourn in Bizarro world. After that first meeting with Mark and Kelly, I walked out with the ability to breathe. Like take a deep breath in and exhale. From that moment forward, I began to emotionally distance myself from the attacks coming my way because I knew I had this team in my corner. By the end of my very long and drawn out divorce, I no longer felt abject fear walking into the courtroom. I highly recommend Irwin & Irwin for spousal support modifications. I was in a marriage of 28 years and was ordered to pay my ex-spouse spousal support after my divorce was finalized. I previously employed another attorney and was not able to get any sort of relief for my spousal support modification case. Only after hiring Kelly and her staff was I able to get results. After 15+ years of paying support, I was able to get my payments reduced to $0 with the expert knowledge of Kelly Irwin and her legal team. The team is very professional and was extremely helpful during the entire process. Kelly, is extremely knowledgeable and a great litigator. I was not expecting to have my support reduced to $0, but Kelly made the appropriate arguments and got the best results possible. Not only did my support get reduced to $0, I now have a claim against my ex-spouse for the return of spousal support that I overpaid. The overpayment was due to the fact that the judge issued his ruling effective from the start date of the case through the date of his ruling. Terrible representation actually ended up getting sued by these people. The judge nocked $3000.00 of the outrageous charges that they tried to sue me for. Please be weary of these people they try and sweet talk you and tell you that you will have a male and female representing you at times never once did both of them show up. I had to hire new lawyers that where awesome. Did everything that Irwin claimed they could do. While in the court room I was so embarrassed to have Irwin and Irwin representing me especially when they were obviously out lawyered by my ex-wife's lawyer. It was a humiliating experience!!!
