Looking back at that situation, I would have agreed to plead guilty to murder if that's what I needed to do to get out of jail, but a good Lawyer that's actually looking out for their client's best interest shouldn't have even came to me with such a ludicrous offer unless he was simply looking to be done with the case with putting forth no time or effort to have the charge reduced to misdemeanors of under-age drinking, disorderly conduct which is exactly what should have happened. Now due to Mr. Dissinger's actions or lack of actions, I'm 57 year's old and have had many doors closed to me through out my life in regard to travel, employment and hunting because a minor mistake I made as a 19 year old kid. It's crossed my mind many times over the last 4 decades that I so wish I would have had an Attorney representing my best interest way back then in 1988 instead of having Mr. Dissinger who just takes the easiest path available....
