No, there are cops outside that want to come in. I'm like wtf. A DCF worker with 2 cops come in. The woman has a paper that she says has a list of allegations and she starts reading nothing but lies. Not being fed properly Use my bed to use the bathroom And many more untruths. I texted my case manager and told her what happened. I also texted the young man who had come to my house several times. Eventually I get a phone call from my case manager saying I need to stop texting the paramedic that she made the call because of what he said. I asked her why she told them lies to which she replied she didn't say those things. Well, the lady read from a paper and I highly believe she didn't make it up. Then I changed drs and insurance companies effective October first. Once the office found out they refused treatment. I developed a sore from being bedridden. Reached out for some help and was told I had a new dr. My old insurance company and Dr was in place till midnight September 30. Was hospitalized on unrelated matter and sore is so bad wound care has to called in. If you value yourself and your health STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE

From the checking in to the care after surgery. Everyone was super professional and they had excellent bedside manner. Everything was explained in detail and I was given every opportunity to ask any questions. After the procedure, I was very well taken care of by nurse Kathy who was super nice, efficient and caring. She even called me the following day for a follow up and she sounded genuinely caring and concerned for my well-being. I cannot rave enough for my experience at this facility.

I can't recall the phlebotomists name but she was GREAT. I'm a very hard stick, but with me giving her a heads up she was able to get my vein and collect blood on the first stick. While we dont see Dr Miskin very often we try to get dad in for an annual check up. Most of the time we see Dr Mishkin if dad has to go to the emergency room after an incident. Dr Mishkn is a quiet patient doctor and always listens to whatever is said to him. He seems very mild mannered and does a great job with dad. I am glad Dr Mishkin is my fathers primary physician.

(that got resolved! )They actually told me I wasn't allowed to pick the in network (Bascom Palmer #1 for 24 years in eye care) doctors. Not True according to Humana Gold Plus, I am allowed to choose in Network Doctors. Back to the referral dept. I called at least three times to get the referral in motion. No response other than when speaking to Stacy she said it would be handled. I decided to give her a reminder on March 17 th since my appt. was on April 1 2026. Got nothing but attitude. Next phone call was from Bascom Palmer (March 25))asking if I could please call Mishkin's office as the referral was not there and they had gotten no response either. I then called and sorry to say I was furious and wanted to file a complaint with Dr, Mishkin. The lady who answered was cordial and took down the info. Today, the day before my appt. I had to go in and pick up the referral. NO Phone call to let me know what was happening as requested. Not their responsibility Stacy said. I will be looking for another Doctor as this experience has been repeated over and over with this dept. Unfortunately, the buck stops with the Doctor for not being on top of this on going problem!

Spending ample time with me at each appointment no matter how significant or insignificant it was. They are absolutely thorough, working to cover every base. Albeit I am not good at "following instructions" like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results. The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. I highly recommend them and would tell you to read the bad reviews, but don't pay too much attention to them as, I personally, never experienced that kind of treatment. 5 Stars to the Dr, his PA's and Staff!

Also has a bunch of friendly and hard working staff. His office does accept people without health insurance and even accepts walk ins even during COVID.
