She made my mom, sister, and I feel very welcome and comfortable. My makeup turned out absolutely amazing. Later that night, we went to dinner and out dancing (to test the makeup of course) and it remained perfect throughout the entire evening. We had to move our wedding wedding due to Covid-19. Unfortunately, in the end, we decided to cancel the wedding altogether. I had paid Isabel in full back at the beginning of the year, and she refunded the entire payment without hesitation. I was very excited to work with Isabel. I found her account through searching Instagram and Yelp. I decided to contact her for a quote for the weekend I needed her. I had two other MUAs on the side but she was closer to the location I wanted to get my Makeup done at. She told me she was available for the day and time. I contacted her the next day, we agreed to the weekend and she told me that she would get right back to me on booking information. She texted me later that day but yet no booking information . I didn't hear from her anymore after I already canceled the two other makeup artists. I followed back up with her the next day and no response. It was very unprofessional on her end for lack of communication. A simple, "i can't book you anymore" would've been the decent thing to do, instead of having me wait around for a response. I had to search for hours to find a new MUA. I luckily found someone who did a fantastic job. read more

Isabel did my makeup all 3 days for Coachella. I had just got spray tanned and my lashes did, and she was able to create a masterpiece with her makeup application. My makeup lasted all day, all 3 days which is slightly unheard of. I absolutely adored the pictures of my makeup that were taken.
