Absolutely LOVEDDD my experience with Jeffrey and the salon. My first time there and the experience from walking in until walking out was 10/10! The receptionist had great customer service and Jeffrey did an amazing job with my haircut. I showed my inspiration cut and Jeffrey DELIVERED! Although my first time visiting the salon was positive, I felt extremely frustrated when this time around I tried to cancel an appointment because of a work emergency. I tried to contact the salon to as I cancelled in under 24 hours to see if I would be able to pay half of the treatment, despite the fact that I would not receive it, and instead was charged for the full treatment. I hoped that I would at least be able to speak with someone at the salon, especially since the amount for the treatment was extremely large and I said that I would be happy to pay half or 75% of it, but despite my attempts at outreach I didn't hear back. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience as I assumed that they would at least respond to me, but instead they took out the full amount for the very expensive treatment I wouldn't receive and never heard back. read more

Why can't I give ten stars? :) It is not hyperbole when I tell you that Nathan recently gave me the best haircut of my life. I walked in to his salon with a balayage gone wrong (orange, brittle, icky), and a substandard haircut to go with it. I was a first time customer, so did not know what to expect. Nathan took a long look at my hair, thoroughly explained how he was going to fix it, told me the cost up front, and proceeded to go to work. This is honestly the first haircut in my 56 years that I've been able to come home, do myself, and it looks exactly like the day Nathan cut and styled it! I also appreciated that Nathan did not use a ton of styling products to make it look good in the salon. THAT, my friends, is the sign of a phenomenal hair artist! NO upselling, NO product pushing, just a magnificent cut and a toner to fix to the orange balayage. And what a lovely man, we had a terrific conversation as well. THANK YOU NATHAN! I think this place must pay for their 5 star reviews. Beware if you have long beautiful hair. I stopped him 3 times during the hair cut because I was uncomfortable with how short he was making my hair, but he insisted that he knew what he was doing. I cringed in the seat, cried when I got home. Micheal gave me a hair CHOP that was exactly what I didn't ask for. I wanted layers but what he did was- cut most of my hair to my shoulders & left a very small section at the bottom long. It was chopped & not bended. read more
