Despite multiple follow-ups via text and phone, I never heard back. No explanation, no update, no cancellation -- just silence. This left me stuck and delayed in planning my renovation. I was initially nervous about them as the two brothers, Everardo and Fernando, had established their business a year ago and did not have extensive online reviews. I took a chance because they had extensive experience (8-10 years) working for other flooring companies and seemed to know what they are doing. I have never had contractors who were more polite, considerate, and conscientious. They paid such close attention to detail and had so much pride of workmanship. Amazing end result and they are as honest as the day is long. Every contractor I spoke with had different recommendations but The Brothers' were the ones that proved to be best. I originally contracted them with specs that differed from their recommendation but later switched to their recommendation after seeing how knowledgeable they are in their field. I wanted the hardwood floors of my entire house refinished and stained in dark walnut to put onto the market. I had several places with significant water damage, gaps between some boards, uneven floors, and a large master bedroom and closet with prefinished floors that required careful workmanship to sand. And I also wanted our oak mantle refinished to match the floors. The end result was magnificent! - our realtor said that the house interior could pass for a new house and wanted to recommend The Brothers to her other clients. What was most impressive is the care taken to refinish the floors without taking the shoe off the wood trim. The Brothers carefully sanded the stairs and around the shoe where they went all the way to the edges without nicking the sides. The touch up painting is almost non-existent. Other flooring guys would either just tell you that there will be quite a few splatters from the stain, or will take off the shoe at additional cost or have you take off the shoe or will tell you that they will incur nicks along the shoe when sanding. However these guys pretty much told me that they are really good at what they do and told me that I would be pleased with their quality work - and I am! So impressed! There's a big difference when the business owners are the ones doing the work rather than having the work done by employees. They worked one night up until 9 pm to ensure that they would finish the job as promised. Everardo and Fernando are the nicest and sweetest guys. When my wife and I were moving some furniture in the garage, they would run out and give us a hand. Everardo would call me when they finished the work each day when I was not around and would call each morning to let me know their estimated arrival time. I could not be more pleased with their quality work and the overall experience in working with them. I'm thrilled to help promote their relatively new business. They are a gem! Don't let the absence of online reviews deter you from using them. They are head and shoulders above the rest -- I've used 3 other flooring contractors in the past and none are even close.

He explained everything to me and addressed my concerns. Julian and his team came back exactly one week later. They arrived on time and were very kind and professional. I was unable to move my washer and dryer, but they had no problem taking care of it for me. When finished, they moved and hooked everything back up for me. Throughout the process, Julian showed me exactly what they were doing which I really appreciated. They even connected the drain hose from my furnace to the drain tile. No additional cost.
