    This is a BEFORE picture.

Arthur and his team are great! Always responded in a timely manner; from estimate, scheduling work and follow-up after completion. Their pricing was well below other quotes I received. I hired them to do a full grind out, tuck pointing and chimney cap replacement. They do beautiful work! My 1950's house looks brand new. It was a triple crown win! Great customer service! Low prices! AND Beautiful work! I can't recommend them enough.

They elected not to fix/finish job…read more A simple outdoor stair repair - a landing and ONE step - that should have taken 2-3 days dragged on for five weeks. Communication was awful--they rarely showed up as scheduled, and I was never updated on progress or tile design choices. I explained clearly how the tiles should match the existing pattern, even noting size differences. The workers nodded, but the final layout was random and nonsensical. When I asked them to redo it, they still arrived unpredictably, leaving me unsure when--or if--the job would be completed. The grout work was uneven, with gaps that wouldn't withstand weather, and some tiles were chipped during cleanup. They even missed areas hidden under flower pots. Despite repeated requests, the office offered virtually no updates, leaving the project frustrating and chaotic. After showing them photos of bad grouping and damaged tiles, they told me they would not be returnining. This should have been an easy job, but it was handled poorly from start to finish. I cannot recommend them.

The new brick seamlessly matches with the existing brick and you can tell that a high level attention to detail was used to complete the job. There were a few hick-ups along the way but project manager Luke and crew lead Roman went above and beyond to make certain I was informed throughout the process and that I received the best value for the work that was done and they even threw in a few extras. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I need other masonry work done to my house in the future.

UPDATED 3/11/26. Here's what I had to deal with ever since they redid my patio:…read morehttps://youtu.be/tA2aaeo_bbM Original Review back in 2024: Do NOT hire them to do your patio. I had them come re-sand and reseal, and the sand filled in is falling apart on one side of my patio as well as the edges in only a few months. They came a second time to try to fix it. Told them to let me know when they come because I want to be there whey they start so I can see what they're doing. I did not trust they were doing it well. They came out but didn't let me know and only after they had started, they came to me. That pissed me off, because I explicitely told them to wait until I am outside with them because of that and that I had questions. That request was blatantly ignored. Now about a couple months later, that sand is falling between the cracks and soft to the touch, I can literally compress it with my finger and I now have sand missing between cracks all over the place on one side of my patio again. There's no way they sealed that because that sand wouldn't be soft to the touch and able to compress with your finger! It's not only soft, they don't even put enough sand in it let alone forget to seal the damn thing. The second time they came out, they try to blame it on water, as if I'm an idiot (sure after a few months I expect this to all fall apart). There's nothing that would cause this. Regular rain shouldn't cause a $2k+ job to fail after a few months. The prior company who sanded this patio, the sand was not falling apart like this anywhere. Even after 5 years. Now I'm going to have to refill that sand and fix this myself. Maybe learned a lesson, just do this stuff yourself. Do it right the first time and you won't have reviews like this. Or customers that annoy you because you can't do your job well. They claim "warranties to match our underrepresented workmanship!". What warranty? I got no warranty and even when they come to fix the mess up, it still falls down. Anyone gets rain, even down pours. It's very clear what areas they did not do properly because the rest of the patio is holding ok. I expect a job to last a few years not a few months. Rain and nature happen, we expect this to hold up at least on average 3-5 years. I'm just going to seriously go back to Menards, there's a mexican guy there who knows a lot about this, and he's told me how I can just fix it myself and save money. He explained the different sealants, etc. and the pros and cons. That's exactly what I am going to do. No more hiring people for this. The ants are even crawling into the cracks now. Good times, right before it starts getting cold outside. So glad I have to spend a couple hours fixing this sh** now. I don't normally go out and rant like this but any moron can see this is not done right. You f up the job, you redo it. I expect the craft to be done well. You make mistakes, you fix it. You don't just tell people it is what it is and make excuses like you did with me after the fact.
