The journey can surely begin with them adding on advice on whether or not we should choose first class or regular class on boarding and what hotels could be the best choices for us. Do we want to live at bay near a beach for the meantime, or what are our other options? They are all so friendly and willingly available to answer our questions.

My wife became pregnant with our second child and we thought we would need to pay a full adult fare for the new child, but Samira informed us very much after the fact that children under 6 months could not go on the cruise at all. Samira had not mentioned this nor provided us with any paperwork when we booked our trip, so there was no way for us to know. She refused to return our deposit. She suggested we simply get a baby sitter for our 3 month old, breastfeeding infant for the week that we would be on the trip. I'm incredibly disappointed in DTR Travel, and especially in Samira Platter. She did a terrible job and ripped my family off, plain and simple.
