It wasn't all rainbows and sounds of angels singing from heaven when we started looking for a home. Yet, Thanks to Gabriela all that changed. We had originally had been screwed over by another Agent, associated with another Real estate company prior to meeting Gabriela. If it wasn't for family we would have been homeless. (That's how bad things got) We went into the process with Gabriela very cautious and kept our hopes low. Keeping in mind "we're just looking" because of the horrible experience we had just went through with the other agent. From the gate, Gabriela was prompted with information and times of open house and property info. She even texted to ask if we were on our way. When we arrived she was there waiting. Unlike other agents who had us wait 30 minutes before arriving with a weak apology. Her introduction was warm and genuine, but not over bearing. She allowed us to roam the accessible areas of the home and was always near by just in case we had a question. Over all, her communication with us was impeccable. Even with the hard questions and matters. There was never a extended period of delay with answers or action. As expected in any process, there were issues that popped up with the property. But yet, they were all taken care of before we could even worry. When she said she would call, verify or have someone check it out. It was done. There were no games, rhymes or reason that were outrageous. Her word is bond. The process went much smoother as the days went. Which can by quick. So be ready to do your part as necessary to get the same experience we did. Gabriela KNOWS what she is doing. So buckle up. It's been about a month, since she handed us the keys. And we are so, so grateful God guided us to Gabriela and appreciate her work so much. She made it happen. We can continue on to our work, life goals and dreams. Our baby is due any day now. Now, the praise: Preeti helped us with our ugly short sale from initial information gathering (my wife and I went back-and-forth trying to figure things out over many months; Preeti never once got testy with us), to listing our house, to finding buyers, to getting the banks coordinated with escrow, to ***paying for things out of her commission rather than force us to foot the bill***, to daily emails/texts in the final days before closing, to a wonderful goodbye the day after we closed.
