Not worth the $14 I spent. Card reader outside sucks and the worker inside didn't say a word when he helped me. Car looks like I rinsed it- still has dirt all over it. Vacuums barely work and I was better off picking crumbs off my floor mats rather than using the vacuum. The Rayford location is by far better. I have been a member since they opened. Went in and the last few times ther have been no towels at the stations. Yesterday i went inside and there were 3 employees inside which appeared to be doing nothing. I told them there were no towels at any stations. They just looked at me when I spoke but did not even acknowledge that I was even there. Not 1 of them ever moved or tried to put any towels out. I was there for more than 45 minutes and still not 1 employee came to put any towels in the bins. This is beginning ti be the norm. I guess the owner makes so much money that they do not care about good service anymore. read more

Customer service horrible here. They took keys out of my truck and didn't even bother to ask if they were mine. Had to drive 47 minutes and loose a 500 contract. So easy a 50 dollar detail turned into a 550 dollar cost and not even hey sorry. The guy rolled his eyes and gave my key but only after arguing with me on the phone that they didn't have it until they realized they did. If you want a detail with attitude then this a good place to throw your money at. The lack of humanity in this place is gross and the owners should be ashamed for hiring people like this. Took my Nissan Armada in today for it to be washed and detailed since we just took the vehicle to the beach. I was greeted by Germaine. He was profesional, polite and courteous. He clearly explained my options and how much value I would get. Also, he and his co-workers took great care of my vehicle and it looked great when they were finished with it. vacuums are not working. Personnel are of no help, they just tell you the only ones working are the ones at the end, and it's being used.

I have been coming here for years. Sometimes they rush through their service and miss spots but I never say anything because it's not a big deal. For the most part they get the job done at a reasonable price. I want to preface this by saying i always clean my car out for them. I declutter everything & pick up all trash to make their job easier. However, one day I left my expensive tumblr in one of the coasters by mistake & it came up missing. They said they put it in my trunk in a bag. They did not. My guess is that it was thrown away by mistake. I had them even check cameras & they still have no clue what they did with it. I'm so upset because I was a loyal customer for years. If something small like this goes missing, who knows what else they have mishandled. Smh read more

One of the employees used a razor to take off some stickers on my back passenger window but he took the tint off with it and also scratched it! I filled out an incident report while I was there. The manager Steven didn't even come out to speak to me- even though he was on site. They lied and said I'd get a call back. A week later I ended up calling Corporate to file a complaint and they told me the same thing. That I'd get a call back and haven't heard from anyone to this day. As soon as I walked in, the lady at the front (Theresa) was very welcoming. I've had my car detailed before so I am aware there will be a wait. - No problem. Complimentary drinks and snacks. After waiting, I get out to my car and noticed the outside still had some spots that were missed. After paying for a detail, I began pulling a "Karen" (sorry to all the cool Karen's) on the young man who brought me my car. He patiently and kindly informed me that it was only ran through the wash. Now, I'm about to go Karen level 2. He gets someone else involved because I am impatient and getting rude. (he was calm and cool the whole time) The guy he brings over asked what wash I got, and as I pulled my receipt out of my pocket, it clearly stated I got the INTERIOR DETAIL. NOT, the EXTERIOR detail. - Damnit I profusely apologize for my error, and my rude demeanor. The entire time, the whole team stayed cool, despite my ignorance. The thing that I paid for, the interior detail? Perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to be better. They did a fantastic job. Looks good. Smells good. No more goldfish and cookie crumbs scattered throughout. No more trash or gunk in the cup holders. They really did a great job. I'll definitely be back to get the exterior detailed as well. Paid $44 for Interior Super Clean at 11:15 AM per receipt. Drove the car thru the car wash myself, Maximum 7 minutes. Handed off vehicle to an employee who drove it into the shop. At 12:25 PM I asked an employee when the vehicle will be ready. He indicated they did not even start cleaning the interior. I told him you have 15 minutes to clean the interior. He said they couldn't clean it in 15 minutes. I insisted they have 15 minutes complete or not. They handed off the vehicle at 12:45 PM not completed. Total turn time 1.5 hours. Total mismanagement. I found out today my old car wash place got torn down. Turned to Yelp and so glad. This place is the best of both worlds for a full service and do it yourself hybrid. I did the top of the line $14 express 1 and while it was a little unnerving to be in the car as it is moving through the wash line, now I have done it once it will be easier next time. But the best part was the self serve vacuum stations. No stupid 3 min. Only coin or token. Just press the button as many times as you need and they are quite powerful. And they are shaded with long hoses and there are plenty. It lets me do the job I want in the hard to reach places and get the clean I want inside while saving money. Staff friendly and professional and NO attempted upsells. I will be back for sure. read more

Wally rocks!!! He gets and executes customer service at an extremely high level. The wash process was quick and the guys attending the wash/pre-wash area work very hard to ensure your car is properly prepared for the wash process. The only reason this location doesn't get the highest marks from me is the same reason I left a negative review 9 months ago, the absolutely horrific attitude by the same woman working the counter inside. Incredibly horrible guest service, totally combative, and unbelievably disrespectful to customers. I'm sure she's a hard worker, but definitely has ZERO business working with the public.... I went to this car wash one time about 2 years ago. After I left this car wash, I realized that one of the rain guards on the passenger side was partly broken off. All of the other guards on the SUV were fine. Apparently, there was a problem with that part of the machinery. I went back that day to the person who actually ran the car wash, and they were uninterested and in denial that their machinery could have done that damage. I never returned there for my SUV or for any other car. I will never return there. read more

Took my friend out for her BDay and she had a little too much fun and it showed in my Jeep. I was looking for a place to take my car to get detailed and found iShine Express on Yelp. I explained what happened, they looked inside my Jeep and said they'd be able to detail it. They took me home since it would be hours before getting to my car and picked me back up once it was ready. They do a really good job cleaning my vehicle - hand wash. One gripe - they don't keep the coffee maker clean. The coffee is free but I won't drink it. I've had to wipe it out a few tines but I won't do it again. Additionally, when I arrived, I told the lady up front that it was dirty. She never made an effort to clean it during my visit. The car wash was impeccable both inside and out. They detailed it so well and for only $39.99! This is a steal for a job that well done. The waiting area and bathroom are also new, clean and comfortable with charging stations for one's phones. If you forget you charger, no problem. I also had my aunts 10 year old Honda washed there and she was also very happy and felt like she was in a newer car. She considered getting a new one but will hold off considering how great it runs and now how great it looks. iShine also has a great plan for a membership. This place is nice, but I wasn't impressed by the car wash. I paid $16 for a less than mediocre car wash that barely even dried my car off. I had to go home and wipe my car down because there were water spots and it was slightly wet. I would have been better off getting a was at HEB, Shell, or Stripes because after the wash, I still have to vacuum and wipe my car down myself, and even at the most expensive wash at the gas station, I'm spending maybe $12. ***I did enjoy the free vacuums, and the staff were very friendly! *** I feel for almost the same price, I can drive over to Rainbow Car Care on Sawdust, pay $19.99 for the Woodlands Special (their cheapest wash), get a fragrance, and I don't have to do anything and I'm earning my way to a free car wash (after 10 I believe). They vaccine, while down my inside, clean my floor mats, wash my car and dry it off. If you want to have to do twice the work after a wash, this is probably the place to go. You're better off saving some money and going through the gas station car wash and then going home and finishing the job. The only thing this place has over the gas stations car washes are vacuums it has onsite. There are an abundant of those, which are nice. read more

Came here for wash and detail. I have two kids and drive my car a lot for work. My car was extremely dirty. It took about an hour to clean my car inside and out which was faster than other places I've been to. When I got my car back it was well vacuumed, seats free of stains, crumbs out of crevices, and shiny! In the waiting area they offer free coffee, soda, and water for customers paying for detail. They have charging stations next to seating in case you come on a low battery. The staff were helpful and professional. Will definitely come back! read more

Came here to get a simple detail. My car gets cleaned on a monthly basis. Typically all that needs to be done is vacuum and an interior detail(which is just pretty much dusting). I was told the wait would be 1hr and then the detail would be 45mins. I accepted and asked if the handout on the counter were the packages. The lady says yes and snatched it away quick before I could read anything. She said we need to see your car first. So I said okay no problem. Before I even opened my door she told me "well actually we aren't going to be able to see you" I was just speechless and was told to come back the next morning with no sorry or anything. Smh. This was my first visit and I really wanted to like this place since it is so close to home. The gentleman that greeted me was kind and very professional. He quoted me $45 for a hand wash. However when I went into the lobby the young lady told me that their prices had gone up and it was now $50. I paid the $50 and I was given a handout which clearly stated that the price was $45. Additionally the website also stated $45. I explained this is to her so she gave me a coupon for $5.00 off on my next visit. I was not in a mood to argue. Also, I was not happy that I was ask to pay for my service upfront but noticed that all of the other customers that came behind me paid AFTER their service. Why the inconsistencies??? They tried their hardest to be professional but fall short. I sat in the lobby and noticed that the some of the young staff stand around near the front register and just hang out, conversing, talking on the phone and eating the Company's chips and sodas. Don't they have something else to do? It is not a good look. I love the concept of this business and it really could be over-the-top....but I suggest more experienced, older staff that understand the business' mission. I feel that for the prices that are charged, it was just an okay job.....I have had far better washes at a lower price. I will not be returning. read more

The girls at the front explain the memberships and were very friendly. Then Jeremy got my keys to take my car to wash and wax it. Don't take your car here. I had my 2022 Camaro waxed on August 6. They scratched my car in 5 different spots. The scratches are deep enough that they cannot be buffed out. The whole panels will need to be repainted in order to fix the scratches. They have refused to help in anyway to repair the car. I cannot get anyone from their corporate office to contact me. read more
