I have been to numerous car washes and even with some of the most expensive packages, I have never had my car returned to me in such an immaculate state as this car wash. I'm very particular and have tried numerous different spots in the area. They each always still missed something- whether it was incomplete cleaning around things in the door or not moving the seats all the way to really detail under the seats. And this place did it. I want to give this place an excellent review as they seem very thorough however they took so long that they never finished my car because I had to run and pick up my son so I would never know the quality of how they cleaned it because I never got the whole service. I was here for an hour and 20 mins and they only got to the vacuuming and inside. I purchased the #2 woodlands clean for $65.99 Just beware of how long it takes. Maybe a good estimate is 2 hours. If I could select 0, I would. I went and they were very friendly,l. They took forever but we're very nice, so I overlooked it then. They pulled my car up and made sure to open my door so I got in without noticing part of my door handle missing. Later when I realized, I thought it was my fault, a week later when I needed my floors vacuumed I noticed that they took my factory made Driver mat. The reason I know this is because they put my passenger carpet mat on the drivers side, and I know that because the driver mat has a locking mechanism. That mat is missing. I'm very disappointed because they seemed like a very good company. Before the lady told me my car was ready she came in from the back looking very nervous and upset, I know that she knew. I would have just perfected they have been honest. I'm missing two gold rings that were in my car, and they through things away they shouldn't have. I'm never going back. Not the best quality clean and seemed over priced for what looked to just be a basic clean. Still had to vacuum and clean the leather seats and steering wheel when I got home. Also had the carpet shampooed and the carpets was still pretty wet when I got home. Was told it would take about 2 hours and, finally, after 4 1/2 hours called to see if the car was done and could be picked up. Also left with a scratch on the passenger side door that wasn't there before, so overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience. read more

Friendly, but with a big downside. Prices are moderate, they gave me discounts every time I went but without the discount it would be a little pricey. For the quality it isn't the best, they say they hand wash but they power wash it first then go over by hand, which sometimes leads to paint damage (which happened to me). First time I went it was good, but the second time I went I there were many problems, I waited roughly 2 hrs but they were busy that day. When they finally got done one of the cleaners kept saying that he was sorry and they told me that they didn't wash it, which I had no idea what was going on. On top of that they had my keys and I had to go and get them myself. I had pillows in my backseat and when I checked they were not there so I asked where they were and at first the guy didn't know, then someone came around back with a bucket full of all my stuff. They kept telling me to come back tomorrow so they can wash it again but I don't think I will be coming back. If you have a large vehicle I do not recommend this place, because they charge extra for "oversized vehicles" (I own a lifted truck) AND they charge extra for "extra dirty" (it was really dusty) read more
