    Silver washer, I do not believe it's an oil pan drain plug gasket.

    I wish I had better news. After my last review I was contacted by the company stating they were going to pull video footage and investigate and get back with me. They never got back with me. Against my better judgment I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I went back to have an oil change on my Sonata. The next day I had an oil leak in my driveway. Oil coming from around drain plug. I took it back. Patrick said they tightened everything replaced the plug/gasket and took me under the shop to "prove" there was no leak. He said oil pans and threads wear over time. He gave me the option to replace pan or redrill hole but that would require me to pay for ANOTHER oil change. Well, I did another oil change at home when I pulled off their plug the "gasket" they used was nothing more than a silver washer. I bought a new plug with actual gasket and I have no more leak. Unfortunately we will not be back and if you care about your vehicles I would not recommend.

    I visited Mr. Detail for my second car wash on Sunday, March 10th. I typically wash my car but I had returned from an out-of-town trip and my parents had given me some spending money and I used it to treat myself to a Superior Interior Cleaning package. I had one before and only had to pay the difference after an oil change and thought they did an amazing job. One that would have taken me double the amount of time. They have great customer service from the time you pull up and the time your car is ready to go. However, upon returning home I noticed 5 nicks on my window tint. I returned the same day but they were already closed. I returned the next morning and spoke to an assistant manager who had a polo on with the name Anna (later to find out her name is Miriam). I explained what I noticed after my car was serviced and she asked to take a look. I showed her and she informed me that their products and cleaning methods do not cause anything like that. She proceeded to tell me that it was caused by me and the way that I take off my seatbelt and I probably never noticed it because of the window not being clean until it was serviced. I informed her that my car was only a year old and I'm always extra cautious (thanks anxiety) and the tint is extremely dark so it is something that I would have noticed even if it happened once. We went in circles several times about whose fault was it and I asked if I could speak to the owner. She informed me to come back the next day to speak to Edward. I returned to speak to Edward the following day and upon his inspection of the window he told me the exact same thing and that the condition of the tint could not be proven before it was serviced and that there was nothing they could do especially if I was seeking a payment or reimbursement of a tint replacement. He went in circles like I did with Miriam and got nowhere. Edward informed me he could give me discounts on services but not a tint replacement and I told him I was not comfortable having my car serviced again at his establishment to which he said it isn't fair for you to throw me under the bus for something that can't be proven our fault. From the pictures and video, you can see that the nicks are fairly obvious that any owner would notice if they nicked their window with their seatbelt. The establishment does a great job and the customer service for the oil and the car wash was excellent but customer service about mishaps is a zero.

    They won't answer the phone, and I've been calling them for two days about my refund, or if I can go in and get this handled professionally.

    They checked everything on my vehicle... I didn't have to ask for them to check my tires or brakes. Very well done! Enjoyed my visit.

    Lost My Custom Mercedes Floor Mat--Then Accused Me of Lying…read more I brought my Mercedes to CJ's Hand Car Wash for an interior detail. When I picked it up, an employee walked over to my car to spray the air freshener I requested and suddenly asked, "Sir, did you have a driver's side floor mat?" I said, "Yes... why?" His response: "Because it's missing." Think about that. They somehow lost my custom Mercedes driver's side floor mat during an interior detail. The employees searched everywhere but couldn't find it. They told me the owner would review the security footage that night and call me the next morning. He never called. The following morning I went back and spoke with the manager, Jessica. Instead of apologizing, I got attitude. She told me she had just arrived, needed to review the footage herself, and promised she would call me by the end of the day. She didn't. I finally called her around 5:00 PM. Instead of the update she promised, she said she needed another 48 hours. After those 48 hours, I was told they had reviewed all of the footage and concluded that no driver's side floor mat was ever removed from my car--in other words, they were accusing me of lying. Seriously? Why would anyone make up a story about one custom Mercedes floor mat? Who drives around with only three floor mats? What would I possibly gain from inventing this? The most infuriating part wasn't losing my property--it was how they handled it. No accountability. No apology. Missed promises. Delays. Then they implied I was dishonest instead of taking responsibility. And if the footage is so definitive, why won't they show it to me? They insist it proves their case but refuse to let me see it. Businesses make mistakes. I understand that. What I can't accept is losing my property, being strung along for days, and then being treated like a liar. Take your car somewhere else.
