Her work is beautiful and her diamonds are some of the whitest and most sparkly diamonds I have seen in comparison to other GIA diamonds of the same quality and clarity. We learned there is a spectrum in each colour and clarity range and some can be the best of the best and Pallotta Jewellers has the best of the best. Her diamonds were a bit higher in price compared to other stores we visited but it makes sense considering the quality you will receive. Susan showed us tons of beautiful styles and we were really happy with what we selected. It's hard to find 18K gold in Canada anymore (most carry 10 or 14) but Pallotta had lots of 18K in a variety of both modern and classic styles. We had been going to a couple of other Jewellers in the past, but definitely found Pallotta's selection and service to really make a difference in our experience.
