You don't have to go to Yorkville for an amazing jewellery shopping experience (although, they do have another store there, and worth the visit). This family owned business is a customer service dream. Every time I've visited, no matter which members of staff are on hand, the service is spectacular. The older members are warm, friendly, and will pass you along to the other members whose English is fluent if you don't speak Italian (although they're more than able to show and get you started with whatever you came in looking for). They offer high end merchandise, such as Mont Blanc pens and accessories, Wellendorf rings, and Breitling (and even higher end) watches, as well as Bulgari, Gucci, and other designer jewellery. They do have more affordable but excellent quality items, such as Victorinox watches. I wish I could remember the name of which staff helped me select a gift for my man, because this sales staff really took the time to show and explain every possible option that fit my criteria, and worked very diligently with me to cover all kinds of concerns with each choice. I don't know if they do this with every brand of item they carry, but they were willing to work out pricing on the items I was interested in. This is the only jeweller in Ontario that carries actual Wellendorf rings in stock. My partner and I got a very good laugh out of the comment that these little things can command "brain damage prices", but, I have to say, having seen items like this firsthand and looking at them from my art appreciator's eye, it really starts to make you wish you had more money than brains, because so many of these pieces are like works of art. It's a real treat to come in and enjoy a shopping experience like this. I haven't come in for a long enough visit (and big enough budget) to really invest time and money into something more serious, but I suspect that's when your visit also includes service from the espresso machine that's clearly there for prolonged customer visits. But no matter what, the customers are treated better than the gold in the store - that's the real difference here. Every star fully deserved. Best service EVER. The Brands tell the story, Diesel, Emporio Armani, Guess, Hugo Boss, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Police, Storm, Tissot, etc... While I do peruse Timepieces at Jewelry Shops too, it's less accessible to the average person. Especially when I'm wearing my Baggy Jeans and Hoody, if you know what I mean. This a fairly pricy watch (I paid $8100) and I was reticent to deal with a guy from Kijiji. Johnny reassured me and after some back and forth I decided to buy the watch. The watch needed some minor repair that Johnny split the cost of with me. He also promised to include an appraisal in the price.... and this is where the problem started. I went to pay for and pick up the watch and the appraisal has not been done. Johnny assured me that he would take care of it after the fact. And then for the next month he sent me a series of text promising to do it, failed to get it done and then more texted promises. In the end he blew me off completely. Sure I got the watch and it seems fine but I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. What kind of high end watch dealer makes promises and then repetitively breaks them? Who thinks that once they have your money they owe clients nothing? When I first met Johnny said he likes building long-term relationships with clients. Well that won't be happening with me as I won't buy from/ sell to him again. Honestly I don't understand how anyone can treat customers like this in the era of social media. I hope this review helps those considering Capital Timepieces to understand who they are dealing with. If you do choose to deal with Johnny Siracusa make sure you get 100% what you pay for before paying him.

There were decent sales going on with handbags and hybrid smartwatches. I was at the smartwatch section and have been eyeing going with one for a while. Jenny, a staff member, came up to me and we chatted. She saw my hybrid smartwatch on my wrist. I said that I was exploring the next logical upgrade and asked what she recommends. The Gen 4 smartwatches are new. I like them, but I asked whether she had the Sport ones. The Sport style suits my personality more. They had just come in and she brought back three from the backroom for me too look at. They were so light compared to my hybrid smartwatch. She let me try them on. At one point, I had two on one wrist and looked like I was a watch seller on the black market. She took another look at the pink strap on my hybrid and my phone case. "You like pink!" she said. "I do," I acknowledged. "I have a pink Sport. Let me get it for you!" she exclaimed in delight. OMG. I have found my next Sport smartwatch. It screamed me. I tried it on. I saw hearts dancing around it. I promised her that I would remember to take it off and not shoplift. I am hoping that it will still be there by the time I am ready to get it. She said that she would pull strings for me to get it. I love her style! I thanked her for letting me try on these smartwatches. Highly recommend Aram…read more Initially I contacted the store on Queen st. They quoted me $55 to repair my disconnected necklace. When I sent photo via email to Aram, he was quick to respoded back. He quoted $25 for 1 hour service. I just picked up my repaired Jewerly from the store. Aram was very peasant to work with in person, he even lowered the price to $20 when he actually saw my necklace, fixed, even polished nicely. Now I am looking for more jewelries to repair.
