The list isn't long with just half a dozen to choose from but they are all first class - no I didn't try them all! Whisky Sour still seems to be the most popular choice overall. I forgot the name of mine but it was a classy and delicious mix with champagne liqueur. Now, I have to admit that I am not much of a whisky drinker but am fully sold on the idea. At £7 a go, the cocktails are extremely good value and make for a nice change. They also serve some wines (and beer?) but that would somehow miss the point. The blending sessions make for excellent Christmas presents (£20 for the 45 min session with result to take home), either as the experience itself or even just the finished blend - if you can make it last that long.
