As I sit to write a review .. I cant believe I have been apart of a gym ...CONSISTENTLY for a year...WHOO HOO !!! That is big progress for me!!!! And the reason is .. The Supportive Gym Island Beach Bodies... I have take part in personal training as well as taking part in group fitness.. and I personally love both aspect... and truthfully if you are looking for personal training,.. For the Price you wont find it any better and if you can be consistent you will see results.. small or big will see results.. and be proud of the results .. but know it does take work ..Additionally I have taken part in the group fitness classes as well and although all classes my not be big in "numbers" you will MOST defiantly leave with a great work and you will work your butt off. It often so nice and appreciated to be in a gym where they know you by name. Trust you wont or don't often get that in the " BIG BOX Name Brand Gyms" I could go on and on but you got to come to see it for yourself.. The 5 star reviews for this gym speaks volumes. read more

Wow! It's a day before Thanksgiving and I really would like to THANK Tracy and Mike for all their hard work and dedication they have given to us clients, family, friends and community! THANK YOU for helping me staying motivated and inspired to stay healthy and WANTING to get in shape. Being a female firefighter takes a lot of hard work and staying in shape. Thank you to IBB especially the owner for her enthusiasm that she has to keep me going! No matter how far or where you are she checks up on you to make sure you stay on track! I have had nothing but good experiences working with Mike and Tracy Sharrer at Island Beach Bodies. They have always been supportive of anyone aiming for a higher level of fitness. It's the best gym I've been to and the only trainers I've had that I've seen rapid results with. They are experts in their craft and have the best prices around. I followed Tracy from another large gym in the area. She is by far one of the best fitness instructors I've had. She is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, motivational, fun and in general a positive and uplifting person.
