I find the personal touch and the comradery that I've found at Faith Fitness keeps me coming back for more (it's accountability). The owners are easy going and very attentive to their members (you're receiving one-on-one instructions without the cost) and let's not forget the members as they are a delight to workout with, seeing their faces helps brighten my day. Upon my arrival, I was not acknowledged by the employee at the reception desk. Following a staff change, the situation did not improve. The second employee informed me that she was the only staff member present, was unable to conduct a tour, and that no one else was available to do so. She attempted to contact the General Manager, but he did not respond. I was then asked to wait until a manager arrived, which was not going to happen as i do have a job. I later received a call from the General Manager, during which I shared my feedback regarding the experience. A new tour was subsequently scheduled for the following day.
