People are actually working out and not standing around talking; not blocking the machines and weights which is one of my largest pet peeves in the gym. The gym was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Safety was another big factor for me. When arriving many times before sunrise or very late at night, the facility is locked down. The cameras and members only entrance is very secure. It is also night to see local police force working out after or before shift change.

My daughter had three different coaches over the course of a year. The first two were great, the last one (Jayme) was abysmal. If you don't plan on having your child join their gymnastics team, your child will be treated as an after thought and dumped on the bottom of the barrel coach. My daughter left class crying one day because the coach called her lazy because she was too scared to do a back bend for fear of breaking her neck. This particular coach has no idea how to speak to children and has no business working with them. I've given the owner multiple chances to rectify my dissatisfaction, my email was ignored and she basically told my husband on the phone today that she doesn't know how to run her own system. Gymnastics has been completely ruined for my daughter now and she doesn't even want to enroll at a new facility. If you value your child's mental and physical well-being, find another gym.
