At every other bridal store my guests and I were treated to champagne, snacks and even a welcome board with my name on it and my wedding date. Just over the top customer service. I got this treatment at three other boutiques! When I arrived at Galia, my guests weren't even acknowledged. There was nothing offered. Not even a bottle of water. Fine, whatever, I was there to try on dresses. I tried on some dresses and my friends and I noticed Taylor Swift was playing on repeat. We were the only ones in the store and asked if we could play something else. We were told no. After that was good on trying on dresses. We promptly left. I was sent an email from Galia asking for feedback. I left my honest feedback. The store manager called me and we talked and had a great conversation. She offered me another appointment and I was all for offering them a second chance! I thought we were going to turn this relationship around!
