All of the sales representatives were present and assisting with check-in, serving, and connecting with attendees. Vendors were also available (formal wear, travel, photo and DJ, ice cream). The tasting was more than I imagined. Typically when you think of a "tasting" you think of being served a small sample size. Instead, they legit offered a signature appetizer and had a self serving buffet complete with several items from both of their classic and deluxe menus.
