Not the first available appointment. They ask for paperwork to be filled out before you can even schedule, you send it back, and then hear nothing. I called multiple times, and each time they said we could not schedule because we were missing something. So why didn't you mention that the last time we called? She said she also needed to request his old records. So we would fix it, hear nothing, call back, and they would ask for the same paperwork to be filled out. We would have to fight to keep them on the phone and look harder for our paperwork in their emails that we had already sent. So the front office is not being very proactive on updating paperwork or combining patient records. I finally made them stay on the phone with me and lo and behold, they indeed had all our paperwork that we sent several times! Seems unorganized. I asked if we could PLEASE schedule an appointment now and she let me know she couldn't until she requested his records. WHAT?! She still hadn't requested them. after SEVERAL weeks. She ensured us when she got them she would reach out to schedule. So we had to wait again. After a week of hearing nothing, I called back only to receive attitude to FINALLY get an appointment. Wow. Hopefully the experience at the actual appointment is worth it!

Their facility is spotless, organized, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, the reception staff, the nurse and the doctor were all fantastic! Everyone was very kind and professional and so tender with my daughter. Additionally, they offer great convenience having common meds available for purchase at the office. If I lived in the area, I would be seeing them permanently for pediatric care for my children no questions asked but, in the meantime, I am SO glad I've found a great practice for my kids when we visit the area. They are fantastic!

Our baby remained in the 90% for height and weight throughout as well as never expressed trouble latching or feeding as well as the blood work was phenomenal. This doctor is more worried about filling their pockets with formulas that sponsor them than actually providing healthcare

(Not to mention the child's symptoms were clear as day, even i an uncertified adult could know what was wrong, simply needed answers for school along with a doctors note more then anything.) Dr. Landefeld so comfortably said the quick results showed negative and he didn't need any medication and nothing over the counter is recommended as for it may just be left over food in the back of his throat rather then spotty sores. Just to be notified 3 days later on a Sunday that his lab results came back positive for strep. Putting other kids at my sons school at risk of getting sick as well. Would like to have these doctors be a little bit more passionate about their jobs.

I tried to research and make sure there wasn't a typo on her records because I believe she was up to date. The nurses and pediatricians didn't seem to know or do enough research so they suggested to give her the vaccine anyways. Well right before they gave it to her they asked me a bunch of questions about her birth, which I have never been asked these questions before because I'm not her biological mother, but I have raised her since she was 2 years old when I married her father. Her biological mother has never been in her life since she was 6 months old. It was very uncomfortable for my daughter and myself. Because I told them I wasn't her biological mother,they said we can't give her the vaccine. I've never been told this in 11 years of raising her and her 15 year old sister. I was very upset! I called my husband to tell him and he was very upset as well. I put him on speaker to talk to the dr and she basically yelled at him instead of being understanding of our frustration. She was very unprofessional and handled the situation very poorly. I'm not happy with this office or the staff.

This office bullied our daughters specialist and refused to let us contact Dr Otero. Today I received a termination letter in the mail and have not received my child's physical forms. Additionally the Nurse gave my child 7 vaccines when we requested 3 at a time. When we asked when we could speak to Dr Otero we were advised by the manager they didn't know when he would be back and we couldn't request to see him. I would highly recommend staying clear of this practice now.
