I had to go in because I had pain in my left Flank for a week and I didn't have a doctor down here. I went on their website site and pre-registered in the morning for an 10:45am appointment time which also lets you set up your information in MyChart for correspondence and test results. I would recommend doing this if you aren't already in the system. They were very helpful when I got there to check in, I only had to wait 20 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor checked me over and was very friendly and informative, he thought it might be a kidney problem and ordered a CT scan and referred me to a Urologist. They were able to set up a CT scan that same day at 2:00pm in the afternoon down at the Bonita Health Center. I arrived at 1:50 and they got me right in for the scan, and at 2:35 the results were already in MyChart and I was able to sign in and read the test report. I would highly recommend using this facility, the care and speed getting a CT and the results the same day was outstanding. read more

I came here after I hurt my ankle. Ankle swelled up over the size of a softball. I gave them all my information but they must never had changed my address. Took three people to come and look at it and finally the x-ray tech offered me an ice pack and was the first one to actually care. Nurse came back and said to take an easy for a week. I ended up having to come back and then have over four weeks of physical therapy for a torn ligament. Wished they took better care of me the first time. I was sent a refunded check in the mail because of workman's comp. Sent to the wrong address after I had updated my address on their system the first time I was in. Luckily my refunded check got sent back to their office and they called to get my address. I hope to not go back. read more

Just call your insurance first to see if they are 'in-network'. They take most insurance but cost on your end will be more out of network. Easy to check in and the wait wasn't long, but I was probably lucky. Clean facility and easy to find. Parking is literally right out front of the entrance. Keep in mind there is a convenient care location and a clinic across which isn't the same thing. Convenient care is like Urgent Care, so if you're a traveler this is a place to put on your emergency list if you need help right during the week. read more

I waited to take a urine test for over an hour. Literally sat here in an empty waiting room no other customers coming in or out. Like 10 employees just taking their sweet time going in and out of the break room just chatting and hanging out. All I had to do was pee in a cup and it took longer than an hour with no other customers. Awesome service. read more

I came into this office in a panic due to my daughter having a fever and respiratory distress. The RNs and MAs were so efficient and caring. They made my five year old feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I really appreciate Dr. Tuan D Phan, M.D. for his patience, guidance and nurture to my daughter. Highly recommend this center if your primary practice is closed. read more

Waited an hour in lobby. When finally back staff was nice and husband seen by PA relatively quickly with exam about 5 minutes. Still here waiting over another 30 minutes after being seen for cough medicine prescription. Arrival Time 0910. It is now 11a. Definitely some flow issues that can be improved read more

I will NEVER GO BACK... Here's why: At first, very nice. They were very attentive up front, took down my info, got me back quick. While I was in the room, both the medical assistant and the doctor asked me about my burning symptoms. I never said anything about burning because I didn't have any burning but I thought I'd let it slide. They got me in for an ultrasound quick and no problem. The doctor told me it was stat and would call me that evening with results and for me to take the prescribed pain meds. Fine. Here's where it starts. It's 6 p.m. and no phone call. I call and they say they'll call me the next morning. 11:30 a.m. still no phone call. I call and the girl seemed a bit frustrated but still helped. Turns out my results hadn't come in. Now, that's not they're fault but follow up! If you tell me you're going to call by a certain time... CALL. Plus I was still in pain and wanted answers. Keep your word. But even then, I wasn't too upset. What really upset me was a man I spoke with on the phone regarding the code for online access to my records. He told me it was on my checkout out papers. I told him I wasn't told that at checkout and I didn't even know if I still had those papers. Then I asked if he could give me a code anywhere. He then says, "Try looking for it first then call me if you can't find it." How LAZY. First of all, how hard was it to get that code? Secondly, that's not costumer service. I'm already on the phone with you. It's the little things that added up with this place. I can't imagine telling that to anyone. It's like he didn't care. read more

I have been here twice now and both times in and out in less than an hour. The staff is SUPER efficient and friendly!!!

Wait was less than 20 minutes on what I thought would be a busy Monday. Doctor and PAs were wonderful, friendly and quick. The wait room and the actual patient room were very clean. If I ever need to go to urgent care again I will without a doubt be going here. read more

I was sent from my job to get a check-up, a simple check-up. They were the most rudest nurses I have ever had contact with. I would of rather drive myself to the hospital then deal with these people here. They have terrible bed side manner. I do not recommend this urgent care AT ALL! read more

this trash bin doesnt even deserve a star. always dirty usually a 2-4 hour wait. over crowed you are basically treated like meat. they dont care how ill you are or sick you are they dont care what kind of pain you are in plan on sitting in the dirty nasty waiting room for a few hours. Then get called back with a nurse who doesn't really care how you feel and doesn't take a full history and then you won't even see a doctor just the physicians assistant she will send you on your way. The PA i saw didnt spend more tha 5 minutes in the room with me told me. Terrible bedside manner. read more

My husband and I came to visit for a much needed break. However, when I went to this urgent care center, Dr. John spoke to me like I was a child even though I own a corporation , am twice his age, taught school for 11 years, and have four young adults. I have a publishing deadline and have been suffering from migraines and sinus infection plus last night noticed large ulcers in my throat and mouth which were so painful I couldn't sleep, eat, or leave hotel room. When waiting over an hour to be seen, he was unprofessional, said he would give me antibiotics (which we never got script for) , and my husband was up until 1:00 waiting on a Maicon mouthwash for pain which only had lidocaine and a acid which I'm allergic too gives me upset stomach. It is never used as an ingredient in major mouthwash because my speciality is Master Formulator of medical salves, lotions, cremes... I've never heard a acid as an ingredient used. Further to make it worse he asked me what the one I have at home has .... And still ignored what was working for me and left out every ingredient I told him my formulation had that was made by professional doctors in Atlanta. He has ruined our trip, my fever is getting worse... I was told I had a low grade fever and cracked tooth and he pretended that the scripts included antibiotic. I never want to come here again. This has been the worse vacation lying in bed the whole time because one doctor doesn't know how to do his job and does more harm than good. Please don't go there if you really want help. read more

Nothing but good to say about this facility. I've been before and the visit was very helpful on that occasion. This time it was my husband's need, and the service and outcome were exceptional. Every person who assisted us was friendly and knowledgeable -- more than just businesslike, they were downright pleasant and helpful!. Plan to be overcharged. My 5-star rating was down-graded to a 3-star after I got my bill. WOW. I went in with a cold, was written a Rx and out the door. Was extremely pleased with the Dr., the waiting room was clean, service was quick, only 5 minutes with the Dr (no swab or tests done). They even gave me a sm bottle of water. But, even though I was already in their computer system from 3 recent surgeries, they charged $253 for the visit. Even my surgeon and specialists don't charge that for a 5-minute office visit. I called & challenged the bill, was advised the bill was correct. $100+ was added because it was my first time at that location. How can they justify that??? It's the last time I go there. I have insurance but my insurance plan says the normal charge is $135, and they only paid their % of the $135. Other clinics in Lee County that I have been to don't charge the extra $100. read more
