To be fair, when we finally had consult with doctor he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He made up for the slovenly, unprofessional staff. Had an endoscopy done and was not told I would get 3 bills for it . I have a $6000 so the whole bill we be out of pocket. It was $5000, i paid most of it and had a 1200 balance in which they would not set up an acceptable payment plan so i was paying $50 an month and they sent me to collections. The Doctors specifically Dr Ahdami are great the office seems unresponsive. They overbook appointments, sometimes its a two and half hour wait tome. Each Dr. can be quadruple booked for the same time. I was given a fairly diree diagnosis pending testing. When the insurance became an issue (as always) it no longer seemed to be an imminent issue. When initial testing came back, blood work, i called and was not given any info for 4 hours and three calls on my part. Insurance is still a problem, but now the test that absolutly had to be done last Monday is ok to possibly get done next Monday or later. Life and death, i guess not. Dr. KOHLROSER/ Dr. ADHAMI HORRIBLE staff - one hand doesn't know what the other is doing while they shuffle patients! - Office manager wouldn't come to the phone on more than one occasion! They transfer and have no answers! Was never called to reschedule a very important endoscopy that I waited 2 months for. 3 days before the procedure I called to confirm & they said - oh, you don't have an appointment THE DOCTOR WON'T BE HERE?! Once in 30 days they "attempted" to call me - either they dialed the wrong number or didn't call!! For something so important they should have made 2 "attempts"!! THE OFFICE THEN WENT ON TO BLAME THE CLINIC - "OH DIDN'T THEY CALL YOU??" - The person that rescheduled me said that I would be going to a clinic with a covering doctor instead - she never made it clear who/what doctor would be helping me!!! I thought dr. Adhami was from another practice/clinic... To boot when the doctor returned from his time out - I told him that I would never use him again because of his horrible staff!! He neglected to tell me that my results warranted an immediate appointment even if it was with another doctor!! I found out online via catholic health services and eventually the office staff at my GP office - A MONTH LATER!!! In my opinion the doctor & his staff are horrible!!! I am sorry to say that I didn't have the best experience with this practice. It is a very uncomfortable waiting room, although the staff is nice and helpful. I saw Dr Kholeroser and he was pretty dismissive (maybe playing it safe) of all the trouble that I came in with. I was in tears, explaining my issues and he only offered one suggestion. I went to get blood work and had to chase him down for results. When he did give me results, he really didn't offer any insight or next steps. I have heard people have a good experience here, but I am going for a second opinion. read more

I had to call literally 8 times till i finally got someone on the phone bc each time i pressed "0" as i was prompted to, it would sound like someone hung-up on me. When i finally get a person.....rude. I asked for address and woman said address and hung-up on me while I tried to read back the time and date. WTH kind of doctors office is this? Wow! Worst experience ever. The ONLY reason why I came her was because my pcp said that this office communicates well with his office but as far as patient experience, it is the worst! The staff is extremely unfriendly and the wait time horrendous. The waiting room is very uncomfortable and packed! They must book 3-4 patients at the same time because everyone seemed to be waiting for the same doctor and same appointment time. The doctors keep the patients waiting while they talk to drug reps! Oh and forget about it, they won't call you on the phone to give you results of test, you MUST come in to the office to be told everything is ok...all about billing for an office visit to discuss results. I been having extreme bloating and constant loose bowels. I found this center September 15, 2018. The next available appointment was 10/24/18. When I finally saw a doctor, after waiting an hour plus in waiting room, he recommended a colonoscopy. The center's next available appointment was 12/3/18. That day I also made an appointment for follow up to discuss my results which was only available 1/2/19. I went thru colonoscopy which indicated removal of polyps and also have diverticulosis in two sections of my large intestine. I never heard of diverticulosis and googled some of the information. I looked forward to my 1/2/19 appointment. On 12/31/18 I got a call the doctor has an emergency that day and they are pushing my appointment to 1/30/19. I got a call to confirm my appointment 1/28/19. On 1/29/19 I got a call doctor has an emergency and they are rescheduling me until 2/28/19. I got very upset and asked to find another source of me seeing a doctor to follow up on my 12/3/18 results. They gave me 1/31/19 at 5:45pm with another doctor. On 1/30/19 I got a call they are rescheduling my time to 2:45pm. I cancelled that appointment and rescheduled for 2/14/19 at 7:30am. When I finally saw the doctor, he said all my results were normal. I asked what about diverticulosis which he responded is a common thing. All he recommended was change my diet. A waste of time and $45 copay to this tidius and obviously unecessary ollow up. All of that, why couldn't they provide a curtesy call just and say everything is normal and my diagnosis is a common thing. Don't go to this center. I have been through this process .Empire plan participants beware: While the excellent doctors are covered as providers for the Empire plan; the in office sedation procedures were out patient because the (lobo) anesthesiology group was out of network when we had a procedure. You will pay a one thousand dollar deductible plus coinsurance.. Call empire first to verify this . There is a chart included in this years booklet. Only if you have the procedure in the hospital are these anesthesiologists covered at 100 percent! read more
