I called and made an appointment for them to come drill a hole for soap despenser ($250) Which they made me pay on the phone. Before they would make me an appointment I asked for a morning appointment so that put me off about a month. the day came my nine o'clock appointment came no show , ten o'clock came and went I called 6 or 7 Times I finally drove down to their shop on the 59 and the arrogant guy standing at the front desk was uncaring. Some gal in the little officers started talking with the arrogance that any reality show would be proud of let me know that basically. When they got to me, they would get to me. I Told her that I had an appointment She said that the appointment was just A. Way to get them out to me probably that day If they had time. I told her that I will find Somebody Else. I was canceling my credit card on her and then all of a sudden. She said something could be there in 10 minutes. I said no thank you. I walked out the door. I advise everybody That they are not the only show in town. There are plenty of people to do the work. You don't have to put up their crap. Mario came out for the templates - he, too, answering my questions and making suggestions. Jim and I have been working with Dominque since 2019 to fill our countertop needs in our new build on Ono Island. Due to delays by our contractor we have had to push back our plans multiple times. Great co went the extra mile to solve a problem with some new cabinets we had installed. They went through their old stock and found a matching piece of granet had it done & installed in 3 days. It's not perfect but if you don't know it's not the same your not going to know it. It's a 5 sided pice only a few feet long . The old counter top is no longer made. The people were easy to work with and sincere in wanting to solve our problems , even though they only charged less than 1/2 what some of the others wanted the picture in below read more

Quality of work was a disgrace, and when I tried to talk to them about it they didn't care. The seam on my peninsula is horrifying and no where close to seamless that I was told I would have. The granite has several large chips from when they cut it (mainly around every sink). They sanded down the seam and it is very obvious that it was done. Then to top it off they left pieces they cut off on site sitting on the tracks for the drawers for me to find sand remove later, after I was trying to figure out where the dust kept coming from. read more

The job on our shower was so bad we had to get someone else to completely redo. They refused to reimburse any of the cost.

Island granite installed quartz countertops for us on 11/11/21, which included a bathroom and kitchen. In the bathroom they did not bring the backsplash or the sink that we purchased from them. In the kitchen the countertop was not level, not secured to cabinets, black marks and a chip was on a very visual corner. We have used them several times in the past but this time was so disappointing. very unprofessional job. For the amount of mo way we spent we expected a nice job to be done especially undamaged quartz to be installed. read more

Jan. 2021: I can not stress enough NO DOT USE THEM! We chose them b/c they had a computer system to figure out the kitchen design. They were unable to fit the island properly- our contractor made the templates and got it to work. The person measuring must have done it wrong- easy pieces cut wrong. He left without our template and sink. Installers showed up unscheduled- no call ahead. Stone moved improperly, scratched badly, easy cuts were too short. Seam for island was jagged and glued before polishing, cut a mismatched chuck for filler piece. Said all scraps were thrown away after requesting to keep them. They never looked for them, found them the next week. I could not speak to anyone in charge, only got to speak to receptionist. Finally sent install boss out to polish out the scratches and fix. Took several more days to get it right. The most unprofessional and sloppy company I've ever dealt with. Please spend your money elsewhere. I sent an email to owners, still waiting on a response . I will probably file a complaint with the BBB. read more

If I could rate this company a zero star I would have. DO NOT USE THEM!! I have never dealt with a company this unprofessional. The work was sloppy an unsightly it looked like an amateur had done it. The countertops had to be measured twice due to errors in the first measurement, and even after that the measurements were still incorrect because one of the sinks was too big for the cut out. When I questioned the installer about it he told me it was fine and all it needed was more calk. It was blatantly obvious that the sink was not the same size as the sink next to it. The installers were incompetent in both tear out and installation.The walls had big gouges from where they unnecessarily slammed the old countertops so hard with hammers that pieces flew everywhere. The new countertops were uneven and not level where they joined at the seams, there were rough edges on the corners,and there were big gaps where they joined side pieces together. To top it all off they DO NOT caulk anything, put back electrical outlets or their covers nor repair any damage they did. We were told that was our job. We called and sent pictures to management numerous times asking them to come out and supervise their installers but they told us they were too busy. RUN away, don't walk from this company, they are a nightmare!!! Wish I had read the other negative reviews before we signed the contract. read more
