We had two events that were supposed to be held here, one was quite out of the blue (so I understand the outcome) we called into the shop and no one was there (although it says it is open) I was just disappointed due to the lack of warning or signage but I still understand- the second time though is unacceptable. We had an event planned at this location for two months, the day we were going to go in we wanted to call ahead and let them know a large group would be coming in- no answer. We arrived and it was closed. PLEASE for the love of GOD. Run a functioning business- with regular hours or at least provide updates to a website/signage so people don't plan to have an outing there- if you want returning customers please act like it.
