Just had an issue with the wrong tank size and the driver had told the office that our fifth wheel valves were broken and they are not we have been getting this tank emptied for at least a year by them so they refused to empty the tank but just a call and the customer service was great they kept in contact and helped figure it all out now they are coming out today the same day to empty the tank. I rented 2 wedding portapotties this past weekend for our wedding in Shelton, and I couldn't be happier with their service and product quality. They were very easy to work with over the phone. They have special units set aside only for weddings and special events. The porta-potties arrived when planned and were set up before we even knew they were there. Pricing was reasonable. Hello I am Archie , I have been a customer since 8/15 I live in a 30ft avion trailer . service has always been good , But I have just had a issue pop up with there new driver , to pump my trailer the driver needs to back down a straight concrete driveway , 8 ft wide. it has not been a problem ever , well the last time they were here on 7/24 everything the same accept for a new driver , he drove down my driveway , no problem but his suction hose was on wrong side and will not reach , I tell him he has to back down , the truck has dual tires on the rear end well he backed down and only had 3 tires on my drive and one totally off and a tire on the edge of my pristine drive way , well when he goes to leave it breaks my driveway it has expansion joints every 10 ft it needs at least 1/2 of the 8x10 slab replaced , so we will see how Island Johnnys takes care of there customers , this is where a company rises of fails to there name and reputation ??? 4yrs no problems and great service , only differance is a new driver , I will follow up good or bad ! read more
