They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

It was flexing heavily in the rain, overflowing in one spot, and looked like it was close to detaching from the fascia/eave. I was honestly pretty stressed because it looked like the gutter might detach from the fascia, especially with more rain coming. I reached out late at night, and Carlos responded promptly, answered my questions clearly, and put me at ease right away. His response time and communication were excellent. When he inspected it, Carlos explained that the original installer appeared to have secured that entire section with only one screw, and that the bracing and additional fasteners seemed to have been missed. That explained why the gutter was moving so much and gave me confidence that he understood the actual problem instead of just doing a quick patch. We agreed on a flat rate, and what impressed me the most was that he went above and beyond the original repair. He added extra bracing, secured everything, did a complete inspection of the rest of my rain gutters, cleaned everything up, and made sure the repaired section was solid before he left. The quality of work was excellent, and he treated my home with care while he was working. After all the extra effort, he still only charged the flat rate that we agreed on. No surprise add-ons, no nonsense. He also does solar panel cleaning and pressure washing, so he is going to be my one-stop shop from now on. I already told him I'll be calling him every January for solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and anything else I need done around the house. Jherard worked with the insurance adjuster since I had no idea how to handle that aspect, and kept me informed of the progress. Speaking of communication, he was reachable by phone/text at all hours of the day, not just during "business" hours. The addition of the new section of gutter was challenging given that the fascia was ~22' off the ground level with no access from the upper roof itself due to the presence of solar panels. Impressive work given that he installed the gutter and downspout on his own! He uses only quality materials such as heavy gauge copper, copper screws and hangers. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and I can honestly say that David Kelly is one of the best that I have done business with. His friendliness and work ethic had us going back to him when we were ready to replace the gutters in June 2025. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David quickly dropped the old gutters and hauled them away a few days before the painters arrived to start cleaning and prepping the house. Once they were done, David returned to fabricate and install our new gutters. He and his assistants were very careful on our tile roof and finished the job as scheduled. After the $76,000 roof was installed in December 2025 I noticed that the gutters were leaking. I immediately called and texted Aaron to please come take a look. That text was sent on January 4. For the next three months I got nothing but excuses and a disgusting photo of his infected foot - apparently the reason he couldn't come look at my roof. Finally, on March 27 some guys were sent to repair the leaks. Cut to August 16 when the gutters blew off. Again, I immediately texted and called Aaron who told me that "unfortunately, this was not covered under my seven year warranty because it was an act of God." First, I reviewed the contract which did not state the exclusion. Second, I asked Aaron how he could possibly know that it was neither a manufacturing or installation issue when he hasn't even seen it. He told me the owner of the company would call me. That was a month ago. No one has ever followed up. Both my husband and I have called and texted countless times - at least 10. This company is unreliable and shady. Do NOT use them. They will take your money and walk away without standing behind their product. We paid almost $80,000 to be ignored. If you live in Hawaii you need a reliable roofer. M&R Roofing is the WRONG choice.
