Then he gets upset that I was questioning him where he was at the moment which we are a AOAO with a swimming pool that I posted notices out for residents that pool will be closed due to work to pool deck. He then shows up at around 2 p.m. to start work, I told him it is way to late to start work. He then starts to be like I am mad person and makes like it was my fault. So at this point I told him I need the deposit back and our pool fob key back. He then says that he will not give deposit back and we just donated to a non profit organization, mind you this is about $2250.00 we gave as a deposit. At this point I asked him to leave the property due to he starting yelling in our community, So as I was telling him to leave he then threw his gum from his mouth at me, which was a total disrespect to a customer that was paying to do worker. He then leaves property, then about an hour after he leaves he then texts me to give him an apology on what had happen, I said hell no, after what you have done. So currently we will send his issues to our lawyers to get our deposit back. So be really careful on this mainland guys coming to Hawaii to do work. They have NO ALOHA or respect for our OHANA! So take this as a warning on Mitch company! Like I said before he is a really good talker. If you read on other reviews he did it to other people that really work hard for there money and there's Mitch ripping off the local people.

Everything was appropriately taped off. We left and didn't watch the whole process, but when we came back, about 6 cracked tiles were filled and repaired and it was almost imperceptible. If you didn't know where the cracks were, you wouldn't even notice them. There was also a stain left by some unknown substance left by a guest, and it was completely gone. The grout was cleaned and filled where necessary, and all of the marble was cleaned and polished. It almost looks like a new floor. We had thought about replacing the cracked tiles, but our replacement tiles which had been in a cupboard for about 15 years now didn't match the aged floor tiles. We are so glad that we called Marble Shine Hawaii and had them work their magic. The two-person team was professional, clean, and did great work. It was absolutely worth it and we will call them again if/when we need any marble floor tiles repaired and/or cleaned. I can highly recommend them.

He was incredibly informative, I had been submitted an estimate that was very reasonable, we did discuss some things that I had concerns about. The conversation was not rushed as though there was somewhere else for him to be, very professional, very knowledgeable and straight up honest about any questions I asked. It was flexing heavily in the rain, overflowing in one spot, and looked like it was close to detaching from the fascia/eave. I was honestly pretty stressed because it looked like the gutter might detach from the fascia, especially with more rain coming. I reached out late at night, and Carlos responded promptly, answered my questions clearly, and put me at ease right away. His response time and communication were excellent. When he inspected it, Carlos explained that the original installer appeared to have secured that entire section with only one screw, and that the bracing and additional fasteners seemed to have been missed. That explained why the gutter was moving so much and gave me confidence that he understood the actual problem instead of just doing a quick patch. We agreed on a flat rate, and what impressed me the most was that he went above and beyond the original repair. He added extra bracing, secured everything, did a complete inspection of the rest of my rain gutters, cleaned everything up, and made sure the repaired section was solid before he left. The quality of work was excellent, and he treated my home with care while he was working. After all the extra effort, he still only charged the flat rate that we agreed on. No surprise add-ons, no nonsense. He also does solar panel cleaning and pressure washing, so he is going to be my one-stop shop from now on. I already told him I'll be calling him every January for solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and anything else I need done around the house. Reliable, thorough, fair, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

The positives: Communication was great and they were very responsive. On the day of the job, they were punctual and confirmed the job details before starting. The baseboards and the bathroom were cleaned well. Negative: The kitchen however, was a half-assed job. The white chemical residue from the cleaning product was left behind inside the oven and I had to clean the rest of the oven myself as you can see by the black stained rag and black water in the photos. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the inside was completely overlooked. There were crumbs and food stains as shown in the photo. I would be embarrassed to recommend this company to friends and family and in the future I will do better research.

He was very professional and informative about the process in getting concrete driveways and patios really clean. We called back on a Friday and were able to get an appointment the following Tuesday at 9am. My husband had to work that day. The cleaning process was a lot quieter than I had expected.
