Other ways Lawn Doctor is so beneficial and saves me time and money is that if I had to purchase the chemicals, apply the chemicals, and water the grass it would cost me twice as much. If I request for something from Lawn Doctor in between lawn treatments, they are very responsive, and come out the next day! Following a recent treatment, my lawn developed bright yellow, perfectly straight machine lines and heavy yellow patches in areas of my lawn. When I called to utilize their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," the owner completely deflected blame, claiming that the perfectly straight, geometric machine lines tracking across my yard were due to a "lack of rain" and "bad soil." This is a complete logistical impossibility, as it has been raining practically every day and I have an automatic home sprinkler system. Drought and bad soil never express themselves in perfect, machine-width straight lines. Most egregiously, the company explicitly agreed to send a technician out to my property to pull soil samples and investigate the issue. However, they completely went back on their word. They refused to honor their agreement to send the technician, canceled the scheduled visit, and abruptly terminated my account altogether. They completely abandoned their service agreement and left my property damaged. Absolute lack of accountability and terrible business practices.
