However, after they were bought out by a larger national grass care business, the quality of their lawn care became useless. After getting a letter from the HOA about the dead spots in the yard, I realized it was time to find a new company. I decided to give Pestology a try. I spoke with Mr. Joseph Walker. I described the issue and asked if he thought that Pestology could correct it. He drove to my home and assured me they could fix the issue. I also learned that if I set up auto-pay, the first month would be free. They were hired. About a week later, Bryan came to treat the lawn. Bryan is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He started with the dead spots in the grass. In the problem area, he put a high-quality dirt mix. This was above and beyond what I expected. Bryan treated the problem area and the rest of the yard with a liquid and granual fertilizer. He also treated the weeds that were starting in the dead areas. Bryan followed up 2 weeks after the initial treatment to check the change. The yard looked better than the work the previous company tried for over a year to do. The change has been incredible. At the 2 week recheck, he treated the yard again. In another 2 weeks, we are going to get the regular lawn treatment. The grass is now a dark green color. I can't believe what an improvement there has been with my lawn because of Pestology. I could not recommend them more highly. They fix problems and follow-up!!!

Four guys came out of the truck at 3 PM on a 95-degree day with energy and positive looks on their faces that I could never have anticipated. One guy mowing the back, one in front, one with the edger, and one with the blower. Once the grass looked great, they started looking for weeds to pull, branches to trim, etc. I could not have been more impressed, and I look forward to a long, successful relationship with this locally owned and operated team.

Will is a…read morefriendly and receptive person, and we trusted him with our home, but we ran into issues from the very beginning of our backyard project; from communication issues between Will and his team, to lack of landscape knowledge/experience, and poor execution. After the River Oaks Outdoor team "completed" our project we found the job was not completed as laid out in the contract. Unfortunately, we were asked to pay more money to complete the project correctly, but could only afford to correct part of the yard. River Oaks Outdoor took no responsibility in proactively correcting their work and offered no apology for their cut corners. Its sad to say that we took a chance on a local company we thought were trustworthy and would value us as a client, but found only the opposite to be true.
