I knew they were special, because I've done global awareness for huge organizations and I've noticed "Brand Connect" products while traveling throughout the Tri-Cities (I've likely seen them throughout the country but certainly throughout NC). Knowing upfront, I wanted to utilize a local business for my products, I cannot stated enough, I was absolutely floored in the best possible way, by these folks and to learn that they were right here in Burlington, North Carolina was even better. So, going from just a "passer by" type of perspective to now becoming a customer, I'm so happy! My initial inquiry experience (today - asking IF they would even be willing to do my business cards) I met Jessica first (on the phone) and was invited to visit (impromptu) whichI quickly accepted. Upon arriving I was greeted by Rhiana at the front desk. Both Jessica and Rhiana were amazing reprise representatives for Brand Connect and gave the type of first impression that any business owner would hope their team is conveying to the public. Before leaving today they offered me an opportunity to tour their facilities and even meet some of the standout team they have within this organization. Today not only was my product request met better than I've ever experienced in the past 20 years of my career but I met a dozen+ of the team members (from Brand Connect'sMarketingDirector & their product design/equipment/product development team, and even the outreach and administrative teams!) This was the company and team I've been looking for, over there last 10 years (leading global initiatives). Without a doubt, these are my go-to folks, simply put, this is my team going forward! if I need FAQ's/1-pager style fact sheets high-quality display posters (both for use at conferences, or just my home office). To provide some context on what is so "game changing" in their case, how about their ability to provide extremely high-quality tempered type of displays (I'm not sure what it was called now but it was high quality graphics on anything from your conference or office walls/desk/floors, etc. that is shatter proof-not bullet proof but impact resistant for sure) and that's just one of the 100+ products I wanted to get from them! I mean, there's almost nothing they can't do. From office desk design and installation (game changer-lol) to simple orders like business cards (they're truly a one-stop shop). So since I'm not gonna do them justice here, just do yourself a favor and check them out! As described above, I had no idea what I was being introduced to when I first walked in the door. Now take the excitement I'm describing here and include the fact that they have totally realistic and customer friendly prices for their work. Nothing was shocking, actually to be completely fair. I walked in with a much higher cost in mind, and they gave me a general idea of what I was looking at in the end, and it was probably 1/3 of what I was thinking the total would be. I knew from their website and their Google reviews, I just had to go directly to their office to see them in person and I am so happy I did that. This will most certainly be a long lasting partnership for me. I cannot give them enough praise and gratitude in this case.
