On Kauai with our three young children, who proved to be quite uncooperative during our session. My…read morehusband and I found ourselves feeling quite exhausted by the experience that I shouldn't have booked so late in the day with small children. However, when we received the photos from our session just 24 hours later, we were truly amazed. The images showcased us as the happiest and most beautiful family. Let me set the scene on the real image 2 exhausted parents side eyeing each other and their kids running around in the sand. We've lost complete control of them and are actually trying to control 3 children under the age of 5. They are losing their exhausted minds, while our photographer made miracles happen, capturing the essence of our time on the island. The photographer worked wonders, and it was evident that she dedicated hours to editing our photos. We left the beach that day feeling the onlookers rethinking any thoughts of having children but in contrast, our family appeared in the photos as if we were living our best day on the island, radiating joy and warmth. Going in know it's not cheap. Put it in your budget because it's something that you will have FOREVER. Remember that they are very good at what they do. In my case I checked around and it's just a little less than most but better quality and EXCELLENT customer service. Went in just wanting one family photo and I bought all of them on the thumb drive. The pictures were not taken recently but I still have them and I'm going again to have them taken so I'll update again. The reviews are still good so I wanted to add. Still no buyers remorse. Still get compliments on their photos.

To be honest, I was sorta shocked that there wasn't a UPS Store in Hilo town…read more Whenever I travel for work, it's not uncommon for me when I fly to the neighbor islands that I pack alot of gear, & parts. After using my parts, I like to ship out the broken parts back to the mainland, that way I can avoid having to haul it back to Oahu. I have used the UPS Store in Kona, but since I was working in Hilo this time, the closest UPS Store was in Pahoa. Located at a small strip mall called "Puna Kai Shopping Center", you can find this little UPS Store just a stones throw from a McDonald's. Lots of free parking at the strip mall, so access is pretty easy. I walked into the store and was greeted right away. The friendly clerk processed my package, & gave me my receipt, and off I went. Although Pahoa is a little drive from Hilo town, at least this UPS Store provided a very valuable service to the Big Island community.
