NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent $451.42 in one day for two separate orders which made getting a credit from Visa double the trouble. I NEVER received a confirmation of the cancellation of my order. In fact WTF acted like they never received my email about cancelling the order which I did on the same day of the online order; they acted like they were going to send the order anyway which freaked me out because that is a lot of money for 9 Christina leis. I had to redo my order with another company and then I freaked out even more because that meant if WTF didn't cancel my order I would be out over $900...and have double the leis which I didn't need. WTF said that they would email me a cancellation from their accountant. Many emails and phone calls later (which I was charged for a long distant call and only got an answering machine) I NEVER RECEIVED THE CANCELLATION EMAIL THEY PROMISED ME. Sloppy and unprofessional way to do business. VISA POLICY IS TO WAIT 3 MONTHS AFTER THE INITIAL COMPLAINT TO FINALIZE MY CREDIT if the company does not respond to Visa about my dispute. (I just received Visa's letter so I am finally writing this update.) That was 3 months of worrying and remembering to check for the confirmation in the mail from Visa that that transaction was finally concluded and constantly checking my Visa statements to check the debits and credits from WTF. HUGE HASSLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL ON THE SAME DAY. The first time I called Visa they didn't give me a temporary credit so I had to call them again. I guess I didn't ask Visa the right sequence of requests to get the disputed credit and it was the last day of the billing cycle which also made the WTF credit dispute an even worse situation. The website states, ""YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL ORDER PROCESSES."....BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED." I learned the hard way that their policy is not true. The company should only charge your credit card when they ship your flowers. I ordered my leis a month in advance. Visa said that most companies don't charge you until your goods have been shipped. I now buy my leis from HAWAII FLOWER LEI ( http://www.hawaiiflowerlei.com). I have ordered from this company a number of times in the past for graduations and have never had any problems. They are a bit more expensive but the flowers are fresher and the customer service is professional. You get what you pay for. read more

I ordered 9 leis for a graduation in May in NYC. The flowers arrived in very good condition with complete instructions and ice packs. Shipping is free with orders over $125 and arrived in 2 days! For NY, the receiver has to make sure someone is there all day as there is no time guarantee which was the most challenging part of the order other than storing the leis in the small refrigerator. I am a wedding florist and had ordered a very large amount of flowers from this website. 2 days before the wedding they told me the red protea were of poor quality so they would be sending 100 orange instead. I am giving them 2 stars because I appreciated the call. However, this was still very disappointing because it threw off the look I was going for with the arrangements. I ordered birds of paradise also, which were TERRIBLE QUALITY! They were broken, falling apart, wilted and brown. I took a bunch of pictures and sent them to them requesting a refund. I see the previous reviews but, I had a great experience. I got a little scolding for trying to order my foliage during Mothers Day weekend.. but, I deserved it. I guess I had MOB (Mother of the bride) brain. My daughters getting married on tomorrow the day before Mothers Day. They had 400 orders before mine.. I called and did what any mother for her daughters wedding would do... I BEGGED. Somehow, they make it happen. I received my box yesterday, well packed and very clean, I mean "precision" packing! My daughters wedding isn't till Saturday.. so I wet a towel (not too wet) laid it on the bottom of bathtub. Put the Monstera leaves on bottom, added newspapper and put the rest of the Ti leaves, foliage and rest of flowers on top. Added more newspapers (4 layers) then added a damp thin towel on top. Took a water bottle and misted the towel on top every 6 hours. Don't wet the Ti leaves too much they will bruise... read more

Here's the story: I ordered 15 orchid sprays from WTF in white. I received variegated pink/purple the day before the banquet and had to buy white from Watanabe Florists in Honolulu for $50 to complete my design. The next day I contacted WTF by email requesting a refund. No response. I phoned the company 4 times during the next two weeks. No answer and no way to leave a message.
