Their team took their time, and they were a pleasure to have around during the several day process. Do not use this painter! Jeff Marks. We have used him several time in the past, and he was good, so…read morewe decided to use him again for our new build. Things went south really quick. First off, he is unreliable and shows up half the time he says he will. When he finally does show up, he paints for a couple of hours then leaves. He's a mess. His sprayer and equipment was all over the house. We would find open buckets of paint all over the place, days later. When on our brand new roof, he dented it and never fixed it! He used masking tape to tape the windows. He completely missed two entire bathrooms - a huge master bathroom and closet and a hallway bathroom. He used the wrong colors in the bathrooms. He got wall overspray on the ceilings, bathtub and roof!! There are high and low spots on the walls of the entire 2700 sq ft house that required another good coat of paint. We had to hire someone else to paint. Jeff left the paint and plastic on all the windows, requiring me to use a blade and cut the paper off! Then, to no surprise, LOTS of paint on every single window and door frame! When discussing the job after he "finished", he agreed to pay back a portion, which never happened. He later offered to physically fight out our partial refund; if we won, then we got paid. Of course, we did not respond to that ridiculous offer, and have not gotten paid. We had to hire another painter to actually finish what this painter, Jeff Marks did not complete. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
