I recently boarded my somewhat neurotic border collie for a week here and was extremely pleased with the personalized care he received. Mark and Tracy are quite attentive to the dogs and get them outside in the exercise area at least three times a day. My dog is extremely frightened of thunder and we were having plenty of storms from Hurricane Nicholas. Tracy and Mark creatively found multiple ways to comfort my dog during the storms. They are extremely attentive to the boarders and pamper them daily. They were assessable to phone calls and receptive to me coming by to see my dog.
