One of the things I appreciate most about AHPS is how quick they are to respond, and that they sent communications to me at least three different ways--via their online pet portal, text, and email, so there was little chance of my missing a message from them. They took photos during each visit and kept me informed of the things they did and my cat's behavior. I would definitely say they are reliable and experienced.

We thought that CBW would be a great place to board them they have cameras so that I could view the babies while we were separate; I never seen them out in the socializing Area. I called and I was told it was no problem I also was concerned about my 17 year old baby that was confused outside in the urine section from my Visual viewing point The two large babies Came home of evidence of not being out of a cage there was feces and urine all over their beds you and I know that dogs don't urinate and poop on their beds!(unless they're real or newborns) The little dog that was stuck in the Jireh section was dripping with urine when I picked her up I wrapped her in my sweater. I have a couple of pictures and videos to show that they weren't receiving the proper amount of food or getting their dental chews the ask for itemize list of times of eating meds etc. I sent that with photos on it. I am very organized anal about my dogs, so there was enough food for the amount of days that they were due to be there and also for two extra days In case of emergency! When entering our truck, Molson slipped and ripped his declaw exposing the quick. We called the Small Animal Clinic, and they were able to see us that morning. The veterinarian promptly took Molson back for treatment. Within twenty minutes his exposed quick had been treated - and he was in much less pain. An hour later - allowing time for the bleeding to stop so the wound could be cleaned and wrapped - we were on our way! We can't say enough about how pleased we were with everything and everyone there! Compassionate, considerate, and very fairly priced!

On Friday, I took Boots Elizabeth to her vet check up due to her scratching her ears, unusual…read morebreathing and to receive annual shots. I called and was quoted 2 shots and an exam for $107. My bill was $204. Once I get there, I am told she has yeast in her ears and to give her children's claritin for breathing due to trachea. Last night, Boots was breathing was labored, she whined all night and did not want to sleep. I contacted ER med vet and was advised to give her claritin and follow up with my Vet. Today, I call at 11a and stated the obvious. Do you want to bring her back for an exam (additional charge). No, i am calling for further recommendation as i was there Friday and the claritin is not working. I am told I would receive a call back. Around 345p, I receive no call and contact them again. First, Noone remembered me calling, hence I was told about the call back without alerting anyone. After calling for the second time, holding for 15 minutes, I am told that there is no record from the visit on Friday and I would need to come in and recharge for another exam.... Needless to say, its a hard NO! I don't not recommend due to no records, additional charges, lack of care and customer service.

I was shocked when i picked him up, as i asked for a privacy cut, not a full shave. They cut all of his beautiful feathers and his mane off of him IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER. And it's not even cut even or good at all, it looks like they were blindfolded the whole time they were cutting him. This is not the first time they have cut all of his feathers off, but it is the first time they have cut his mane. We did not tell them to do this as springers aren't supposed to be cut this way, but they don't care. They have probably ruined my dogs coat as it will grow back differently because he is older now and won't grow it back the same. We are furious and will never be coming back here EVER!

" I told her I did not want to see his claws. His hair had never been cut or trimmed. He had the most beautiful feather hair, which should never be cut on a Cavalier. When I returned, all of his feather hair had been cut off. His back appears to be shaved, which means the feather hair will not grow back. She told me she had cut Cavaliers before. i am praying his feathers grow back. Her response, I assumed .....
