I have coarse gray hair and he does an excellent job on precision cuts and straight-ironing my hair...I wear almost shoulder length. I love all the compliments I get! His products are wonderful for my hair. And the extra unique item I love is the "Shambowli" which holds your head up out of the shampoo bowl, no longer a strain on my neck at all.
