They try to justify their high price to you the entire time by trying to educate you about your feet and why you shouldn't let other salons do things they do. I don't mind being explained once but I felt like I was being scolded and lectured the entire time. I finally had to tell them I was tired and just wanted to relax.

Every time I've come here, the staff has been rude. This is now my 4th time receiving terrible…read moreservice after being cut by the rough nail technician, and I didn't leave a bad review. This time, I came in for a simple pedicure with a French design, but the technician who started it rushed, and the result looked terrible. When I brought this to the owner's attention, she began speaking to the tech LOUDLY AND ANGRILY. She seemed frustrated with me and was unfriendly while correcting the mistake (after waiting 15 minutes from already being there 1 1/2 hours) To make matters worse, another client came in asking for a polish change, and right after finishing the design on my last toe, the owner just got up without saying anything and went to assist them. I was left sitting there without pedicure slippers and had to ask another technician for help. After all of that, she still had the nerve to charge me an extra five dollars for the design. I would not recommend this place if you care about customer service--the staff seems more focused on rushing to the next customer than providing a good experience.

This salon does NOT clean their tools; there are brushes at the sink and in the bathroom that sit in some kind of liquid that everyone uses and puts back. Pika used my dirty toe water to clean ALL tools used on my pedicure. The bowl used for the pedicure was NOT disinfected after She had to redo the color because she used white polish first to paint my toe nails yellow; it was all clumpy. She couldn't put my flip flops on after she was done. Ugh! $30 for basic Lynn was very accommodating but the tools she used were NOT clean either; no change of drill tips or cleaning of drill bits. The emery board was beyond old. She had to redo a new nail because it was on crooked. They charge you $10 for each 3D nail design on finger. Really? Because putting a glob of paint is more expensive than painting a design! Nope. Same thing if not easier. (Should just be $5 each) They gave me a new set when I told them I just wanted to soak off the old color and put a new dip color, when I noticed they both acted like I didn't tell them this. Lynn and Pika didn't clean excess paint off from edges after and I was tired of telling them what to do. $70 nails After nails were done, I had to wait 10 minutes for Lee (owner) to do design; she is real nice 2.45 hours later... I'm done $100 for this service plus tip.. PLUS $3.30 service fee for using credit card Hahn will be the tech I see next. Personable. November 4, 2021…read more FIRST IMPRESSIONS... DONT SEE Liam It's been years since I've been here. I like to support local businesses so, I share the love and return; today that was a mistake. Appt at 1pm w/Mr Liam for full set and pedicure. Note: when I made appointment I said what I wanted then. I walked in at 1 and every tech had a customer...NO ONE acknowledged me; I just stood there. After a few minutes, I spoke to the only gentleman I saw working and asked if he was Liam? He smiled and said nothing. I stood there longer and since no one directed me to a chair, I went and used Walmart's RR. Came back...STILL NO acknowledgment or direction. Literally, not one staff member said anything to me, so I went to pick color for toes. I was kinda wondering what was wrong; I didn't look my best so did they think I was a bum or something?!! Anyways, I looked at the one area where the color was (not a big selection) and several of the bottle caps had caked on paint and couldn't be opened to test. After I found a toe color, I stood there again and STILL no one assisted or spoke to me. So, I asked the techs, where did they want me? (pedi chairs had no cup holders and the arms were dirty) A few minutes later, a young guy came out from the back area to do my pedicure. I relaxed but, I was just NOT feeling the love or appreciation as a (new) customer. I felt discriminated against, for lack of a better word. Before pedicure was done, Liam came over, smiled and started removing my old set. Told him I wanted acrylic color powder and a new set. He smiled. Pedicure guy told him what I said (I think??) When I got to Liam's station, I asked if he had a darker nail color from the one I had picked (mind you, I only had 1 pallet to choose from) I wanted a color to match my feet? He looked at feet and brought me 1 another polish that was basically the same color as I had. Soo, no color match for me today. (first time in 25 years that has happened) after Liam was filing, I noticed he wasn't putting a new set on, so, I asked if he was going to? He spoke to a tech and she said, you want overlay? I said, no mam I told him new set "color" acrylic powder. 2 very nice nail tech ladies had to translate more to him and it was all very awkward and uncomfortable. One of the ladies said, "you had gel before and that's what he do for you." So, now, it's too late to do "acrylic powder" so, I'm stuck with a gel color that doesn't match my toes. I was like, now, I'm just fed up but I keep my emotions in check and say, I'm sorry, no mam...I never once said, gel or overlay. Immediately after. , Liam got more aggressive with my hands. Still never speaking to me directly so, I stayed quiet until the next step was needed and then I had the ladies translate the shape I wanted AND to clean the paint off the sides when he was done. Well, because he seems to be in his feelings...instead of using the paint remover and brush to get paint off cuticles, he got the large emory board and filed the paint off the sides...which CUT a few cuticles and hurt. I'm just about to cry because...I want to leave. But, before he finished I told him, thank you. I don't know why I did that, I was just soo embarrassed to be there. When he was done w/me he abruptly got up and walked away. I went to counter to pay...every tech had a customer, so, he had to come back to check me out. He got the calculator and showed me $73; I said I think it's $68? (new set $40 and basic pedicure $28) See photo He said nothing. The lady heard and confirmed $68. I tipped $10 Other notable negatives: 1) the staff doesn't clean/wipe "nail" tables off after each customer. 2) pedicure chairs don't have drink holders and are not wiped down after each customer. Non communication. Cuticle cuts. Paint left on fingers. Tried to over charge. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
