Located right off the main road and close to the beach, perfect to grab a drink when I was leaving for the day! The cashier is friendly and greeted me when I entered. Thai tea is super milky. When I said something to the employee she explained that the color was off but it had the right measurements. Unfortunately before I said something I tasted it and can 100% say this is not the typical Thai tea. I hate bad reviews for small businesses but please hear your customers out before putting them down. read more

The little shop was close to our condo we stayed at during vacation so I had to try it. I ordered the oolong brown sugar boba and it was AMAZING. I'm still thinking about it and it's been a week now. The store was cute but I took mine to go, there was a family in there playing games. I'm not sure if those were supplied by the store or not, but I love an atmosphere where you can just hang out like that. There was only one worker in there that I saw, but he was nice and quick to make my drink! read more

Really good and amazing options. The inside is so bright and airy, with a really great beach vibe. It is probably my favorite interior for a boba shop ever. We stopped at Island Boba on our way to cocoa beach. We ordered the Taro tea and the peach tea with boba. They were made perfectly. The gentleman working even had us taste our tea before we walked out the door to ensure we were happy with them. The taro flavor was fantastic and exactly what we expected. I was around this area for a birthday celebration for my friend and we decided to go to this small boba shop. When we entered it was beautifully decorated and clean ! Mask were worn by everyone including the workers. Boba was $5 for a medium (they don't have small) and it was a fair price. I ordered strawberry banana smoothie with black pearls and my friend ordered taro milk tea with black pearls. FINALLY!! REAL BOBA!!!! Guys, this is real boba--soft, chewy, sweet, FRESH--with REAL MILK TEA. It's made with loose leaf tea and not from concentrate or powder, with the correct milk-to-tea ratio (unlike that disgusting "tea" at Skinny Mermaid in Cocoa Beach). I got the jasmine milk tea with classic boba and my bf got the coconut milk with classic boba. Both were phenomenal, creamy, refreshing, and chewy. VERY clean place, every surface is wiped down and shiny. Places to sit (distanced) from others, and outdoors too. Easy parking to get in and out. When it's safe to hang out again, this is a great place to be with kids or friends bc they have games like Uno, What Do You Meme, etc. Do yourself a favor and educate your taste buds to what legit boba tea is supposed to taste like. I moved here from Cali where boba shops are as common as Starbucks so to say I'm [disappointed] at the other boba selections in Brevard is just to keep this PC. Don't go to Skinny Mermaid or Mima's or Papasan's, they're a disgrace to boba culture and could learn a thing or two from this shop. This place is cute, clean, quaint, and delicious. Hours are clearly posted and they currently close at 7p. The people working at the shop were so kind and patient with us as the menu is overwhelming and we needed a minute or five to look it over. There are so many excellent choices and combinations. My daughter went with strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping boba. The great thing about this was it wasn't sickeningly sweet like other shops we went with regular sweet on everything. My son got honeydew milk tea with mango boba. So tasty for him- us? we weren't big fans very melon-y. Then we went with an order we saw on yelp- the strawberry peach tea with lychee jelly, again, very good! Husband went with guava tea and passion fruit boba. PERFECT and refreshing for the beach. Lastly we couldn't end out visit without a Thai milk tea with brown sugar boba- this was the best Thai tea I'd ever had and that's quite a bit!! The perfect treat for a beach day! It's a close walk away from the beach but if you want to drive, it has free parking outside. I'm a huge boba fan and this doesn't disappoint. It's fresh and sweet. It has lots of variety in flavors and available customization with the toppings (honey boba, brown sugar, jelly) and the sugar level. I got the brown sugar oolong tea and it was delicious. This place has awesome boba teas!! Even better than what we usually get in Orlando (where we live). The flavors and different options are great and the owner is super nice and friendly. They also have this coconut waffle that's so...so good!! Warm and crispy on the outside and gooey deliciousness on the inside. Wow. If you're visiting Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral (or live there), do yourselves a favor and check it out. It will not disappoint. Yum! read more

We were in Cocoa Beach for our annual week at our timeshare. We visited Island Tea and Boba twice during our visit. On both visits, my son and I got the brown sugar coconut milk tea with black pearl brown sugar boba. It was delicious. I'm pretty picky about boba. It had the right amount of coconut flavor meshed with the brown sugar. We'll be in Cocoa beach in a few weeks for another weeklong stay at the beach. I know this will be on our list of places to visit. read more

Really nice little boba shop. Has many options from milk tea to fruit teas and topping. The quality of the tea and the boba is a lot better than most stores I've been to. The interior of the shop is nice and cozy if you want to chill for a bit with a friend or a small party of 4. There's also parking in the front so that's a plus. read more

My cousin introduced me to this shop and I've been back twice since, the staff are always friendly, they have games and quite a bit of seating for how small the shop is and the bathroom is clean as well. Drove all the way from satellite Beach because I really wanted a Thai tea. Their Yelp page said they were open till 9. I got there and the store was dark. The open sign was off but the sign in the window that said the hours stated they were open till 9. It was 7:10 when I pulled up. I ended up going to Thai Thai in cocoa village and finally got my Thai tea. If you aren't open late change your hours online. So people don't have to make an unnecessary drive when they're craving something. read more

This new place is a must if you're looking for a tasty and refreshing drink. It appeals to all - tea lovers and otherwise! I love tea a LOT, so I was not surprised by how delicious the drinks are here. What surprised me however, was my husband's love of the teas here too! He's not exactly a tea person, but he realllly loved the fruity jasmine tea. I can't get enough of the mango star jelly they put in the drinks. Addicting and delicious! This bright airy shop with plenty of seating will be your new favorite Boba tea shop! First of all, the number of choices are mind blowing! Even if you are not a fan of Boba, there are smoothies and slushiest to satisfy your sweet tooth. Different teas, different flavors, different types of Boba- there is a liquid refreshment choice for everyone! While on vacation, I took three teenagers to this place three days! The staff there are very kind and the drinks are delicious! I adore the taro milk tea w/ brown sugar boba and my boyfriend loves their fruity tea beverages with the popping boba! Their smoothies are also fantastic! The variety on their menu is very good and everything we have ordered so far is fresh and the quality is great. The decor of the shop is also very cozy... Super cute place with really great boba drinks! I had the Thai tea with the black pearl boba and it was delicious. I'm very picky about my Thai tea but this one was great and the boba was great too. This place is really cute inside with board games and couches and music. There're many drinks to choose from and mine (Thai tea with brown sugar boba) was delicious! The owner is the only employee and opened in June but I really hope he gets more business to stay open through covid (and longer). If the business were up North where I live, I'd be there everyday. read more

The Thai milk tea is made fresh, NOT from a powder mix. My DH usually gets a fruit combo and this time he ordered a staff daily special of Mango, Peach Green tea! I tasted it & it was very good! YUM!! Our guest had the Lavender Milk Tea! FYI it's not dyed purple, it was a whiter color version of my Thai tea! The restaurant has comfy couches, chairs and a few tables with chairs depending on your methods of enjoying your Boba drinks or having a meal. It's always clean and I enjoy looking around at the local art and jewelry they sell around the store! Thank you again for an awesome visit!!

Note: they are not open on Mondays and Tuesdays. A large white board on the wall provided the drink menu which included: "Signature Teas", "Build Your Own Boba", and "Lemonade". All drinks are available in 16oz ($6.75), 22oz ($7.50), or for $3.50 more you can make it a "Mega Boba"! I'm not sure how many ounces it is, but the cup is gargantuas!! There's also ice cream cones, bars, etc. for purchase for those that might want it. I ordered a specialty tea - their Donkey Kong, 22oz. It consisted of banana milk tea, chocolate drizzle, caramel foam, and original boba. The friendly girl at the counter took my order and within a matter of minutes she had it prepared. I found an empty table and enjoyed my drink. It was very good as the balance of flavors complimented each other nicely. There was no skimping on the boba either. Long after I had finished my drink, I was still getting boba from the bottom of my cup with my straw (IKYK), ha! The interior is a little different with tables and bench seats and in the far corner is an area that appears to be kid friendly with a seating area for them and a monitor/widescreen on the wall playing pre-K programs. Anyhow, I get the feeling this might be a great place for parents with young children to come and while they enjoy their boba, the children can enjoy ice cream and whatever is playing on the monitor/widescreen. 5 stars for excellent boba tea, great service, and reasonable prices. They also have some food options, which is very cool. Things that are easier to eat handheld and walking, like a croissant with toppings and things of that nature. However, I definitely have some issues with it. First, you need to be a fan of sweet coffees to get the most out of this location. Their sweetness is through the roof from the couple of drinks that I've tried--so much so that the main gimmick here is on their signature lattes, like their cheesecake latte or tiramisu latte, they will put a slice of that on top of your drink. So that would mean a whole slice of cheesecake on top of your cheesecake latte. This will be, of course, at an additional charge. This leads me to my second point of contention: the pricing is just too high here. I understand that this is a very small business so they're gonna have higher costs that they need to retain, and I have to imagine in the Avenues it's pretty expensive even if they are a mobile coffee cart. However, when your competition is able to get five or six dollar coffees, and I'm walking out of here spending $10 or more for a signature latte, there's a problem. Keep in mind, that $10 doesn't even include their main gimmick of the slice on top. I believe adding the actual slice is somewhere between an extra $5 to $7. To put that in perspective, you can walk into Publix and buy an entire cheesecake for around $15. Especially given that within a five-minute walk, there is a brick-and-mortar coffee shop in the Avenues. It's cute, and it has its time and place if you really want a sweet drink and can catch them during their uncommon hours, which I understand. It is definitely not a place I would stop every day given their pricing and their sweetness. I look forward to trying them again to see if I have a different experience and will update the review if so.
