The spot where tourists and locals love to eat!!…read more Whenever me and my family decides to eat out. Thai Thai is our go to! The quality of food for the price point is beyond excellent. Whether you're hungry for some sushi, or a your favorite classic Thai dish, you don't want to skip this spot. Our personal favorites are the crispy duck pad Thai, the crab angels, with Thai hot chicken and shrimp fried rice as well. This spot will hit all your appetite or craving needs. The service is fast and polite. I always bring my family to eat here when they are visiting from out of town. Highly recommend.

Based on its strong ratings, we were excited to give it a try and hoped we had found one of our go to spots while visiting Cocoa Beach. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to those expectations. We placed a takeout order and sat at the sushi bar while we waited. Unfortunately, the experience got off to a rough start. The sushi chef was the first point of contact for guests, and throughout our visit she came across as short and dismissive with multiple people who approached her with questions about seating and ordering. It wasn't directed solely at us, but it definitely set the tone for the experience. While we waited, I ordered the Spicy Krab Roll. The sushi was fresh, but the rice to filling ratio was noticeably off, so each bit tasted primarily of rice. The menu describes the roll as being mixed with spicy mayo, yet there was virtually no spice. When I politely mentioned that it didn't seem spicy, I was told, "That's how we make it. If you want it hotter, you have to ask for spicy,". I couldn't ask if they could add a little spice quick enough before the chef walked away. A simple explanation or an offer to add a little extra spicy mayo would have completely changed the interaction. The takeout itself was a mixed experience. The basil chicken was the clear standout of the evening and the only dish that truly met our expectations. It was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and something we'd absolutely order again. In fact, hubby finished it before I even had a chance to take a photo. The green curry was decent, but it didn't meet the expectations that came with a $17.95 price tag. It was noticeably thinner and less creamy than the rich, velvety green curries we're accustomed to and lacked the depth of flavor we typically expect from this dish. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't particularly memorable. The Thai fried rice fell into the same category. It was acceptable, but we've had many versions that were far more flavorful and difficult to put down. This one just didn't stand out. One more thing worth mentioning is the spice scale. We eat Thai food regularly, and the restaurant offers four spice levels: Mild, Medium, Hot, and Thai Hot. My husband ordered Hot, and we'd compare it to about a 2 out of 4 compared to many other Thai restaurants, where we'd typically expect Hot to be a 3 out of 4. If you enjoy spicy food, you may want to consider ordering a level higher than you normally would. Overall, the food came out quickly, and the sushi itself was fresh. However, considering the prices, we expected more consistency across the menu and a more welcoming customer experience. We intentionally chose this restaurant because of its excellent Yelp reputation, which made the experience all the more surprising. While the basil chicken was really good but we wouldn't eat here again based on the totality of the experience.

From the moment we sat down at the bar, the host was on top of our water and drinks the entire night, right up until we left. Our sushi chef, Zac, was amazing. He walked us through the options, asked what we liked, and was just genuinely friendly and welcoming the whole time. The owner, Daniel, was working behind the sushi bar right alongside him, and he's an all around great guy, we had a wonderful conversation with both of them. Even one of the servers (also named Zac!), who wasn't even ours, stopped to chat and was so nice. And the food, top tier across the board. I got the sushi flight, which was incredible, and my husband got the steak frites and the wasabi Caesar salad. We paired it with the sake flight, which was the perfect touch. Every bite and every detail was on point. This was an amazing dinner and an amazing experience from beginning to end. We can't recommend Koko enough and truly can't wait to go back.

The soy foam was fun to watch. The Shrimp Toast and Gambas were both a little salty, but still good! The Koko flight and Matcha Tres Leches were great additions to our meal. My second visit we got Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Wagyu, Crispy Mushroom nuggets, and Seafood Ramen. All were equally good. We ordered dessert from Koba: Pineapple Sundae & Oolong Tea. YUMMM The only thing is the seating is limited. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table and the seating is along the wall.

The phone was answered promptly, the person on the other side was friendly and patient, and the order was perfect when I got home. Picking it up was easy as well - walked in, told them my name, and they had it ready for me. The guy taking my order was friendly and we joked a bit about beer. I paid, and was in and in in less than 5-minutes. Once I got home and got to eat what I ordered - dumplings for appetizers, and the scallop pad Thai for dinner - I was very much impressed. The dumplings were delicious, and the pad Thai was a massive heaping, almost didn't finish it. No complaints. I did get a chance to look at the location, the place looked very welcoming and I definitely would like to come back and actually eat in.

It probably would be something that you would pass. But on the inside, totally different, smiling faces and welcoming staff. Along with delicious food. They have a covered outdoor seating area, but can get pretty hot in the summertime. I usually order the shrimp pho which is always delicious. Perfect for when you're not feeling good I just really craving some soup. Always good portions, hot and fresh. This is a place that I can't get enough of.
