I honestly did not think it would be able to help much but hoped it might at least momentarily ease some of the pain. I was also concerned because I am on vacation here and always get nervous about trying out a new massage salon. Mark was amazing and very professional. He really listened to what areas were my main concerns and worked on those areas. He checked on the pressure he was applying several times to ensure he was providing relief without causing discomfort. He knew the interconnections of the body's structural system to know how to not only work directly on the tight areas but also those areas that attached to it to help release the tightness. By the end of the 90 minutes session I felt vastly better than when I went in. The BEST part, is that relief stayed with me throughout the day and the next.
