No one greeted me, no one asked to help with color matching and when I mentioned this on checking out Carmen told me not to bother to come back " you shouldn't shop here if you don't like the experience" Thanks Carmen I'll take your advice and shop at Nordstrom or a Sephora since Ulta not only doesn't care about the customer experience, they allow their employees to be outright rude to customers. And then when I was browsing near them the one asked if I needed any help finding anything (I already had found it and had it in my hand) and other, under her breath, made some rude comment that the other then shushed her for! I wasn't sure what was said but something about me. Anyway, I'm done with this store. If you cannot teach your employees how to interact with others in a work environment, you are doing yourself and them a disservice.

I get that a small business will have one staff member at a time, but the already slow process was prolonged when more people joined the folks checking out to add their intended purchases. This took about 10 more minutes for the back and forth decisions. I didn't enjoy that.
