Dr. Ray had been my general practitioner and I went to him originally because of his good reputation. When Dr. Ray started specializing in skin problems, I went to him for help. I had some very obvious brown spots under my eye plus other skin problems that was making me very conscious. Dr. Ray and his staff made me very comfortable during the initial procedure I had done. Since then, I have had several other procedures done. Including a CO2. I feel Dr. Ray has given me my self-confidence back. Elder College invited Dr. Ray to make a presentation on his skin care specialty and I acted as his host. The presentation was well received by all who attended. In his View Laser Skin Rejuvenation practice, he has obtained a very respectable reputation. I have actually met many of his patients who continue to go to him for treatment. I also recommended my new "life partner" and she is a satisfied patient of Dr. Ray's. We talked for about 30 minutes before any procedure which I believe really shows a level of professionalism that you rarely get these days. He also carries ZoMedical Skin Care which is what I was looking for when I found him. When it was advertised as 12.95 each on the signage on the shelf of that product, I was surprised that it was 14.95 each on my receipt. So I talked to the cashier. They said nothing! They gave you a blank look and almost like questioning "well, it is what it is. Take it or leave it." kind of attitude. I still bought those because I needed them but would not recommend a dishonest business to anyone! You can see the price on the sign and on my receipt. They are different! Update on 11/19/2018: After I left a message on their website, there was someone from HQ customer service replied my mail. I was told there would be someone at this location contacting me within 48 hours. I waited over 3 days but because it was weekend, I gave it another day. Finally someone called and said they made a mistake that the sale price in their system wasn't updated. This is a chain store. And this particular one is new. They could have done better. One thing I am happy about is that I did not get the rash that many people talk about. I also didn't buy anything. Phew! Dodged that bullet. Apparently, there are no refunds if you do get suckered into a purchase. I noticed on other review pages about this company (different locations) that there are several 5 star reviews peppered throughout all the 1 stars. There are literally no 2, 3, or 4 star reviews, which to me suggests that people in the company are posting the 5 star reviews. They all sound pretty superficial too. Generally, if somebody is throwing around 5 stars, they want to gush and gush about the product. All of which to say, if a bunch of 5 star reviews pop up after this one, be suspicious. I'd be suspicious of any reviews above 1 star, actually.
