Easily one of the best shops, if not THE best shop, I've been to. I'm a Cigar guy and this place has enough to keep me happy. The humidor is damned near palatial with a fantastic selection. Not just the standards, but some very interesting cigars that I've either only heard about or actually didn't know about at all. Humidor has the climate controlled perfectly. Fella helping me was the most friendly and approachable guy I've seen in any store. Cigar stores can tend to be stuffy and uppity, so having a relaxed setting where it's about the product and not a lifestyle is FANTASTIC. This is my official go-to. Absolutely love it. read more

Choose a better store.over priced and some of the employees are rude. If you ask to speak to a manager, the employee behind the counter,/phone will say that they are the manager and will get an attitude with you. read more

Given the alternatives, not a bad shop. They carry the big hitters as expected ,humidors seem to be in good shape. Cool decor, average prices. FYI the back half the of store is a head shop, staff seemed to have spent most of their time back there, not going to get any conversations here. Some brands incuded Cohiba, Perdomo, Rocky Patel, Macanudo, lots of Fuente. Edit: 2nd visit to this shop was much better. Bought a box (5 missing) of cigars and they threw 2 in, along with a portable humidification ball. Staff was knowledgeable about the lines they carry. read more

Excellent service. The people there were very friendly and listened to my needs and made sure that I understood what I was buying and that it would fit my gear. By no fault of their own, the ash catcher I bought did not fit my water pipe and although their usual policy is no refunds, the guy who helped me was super understanding and gave me a refund. Bought a $300 PAX Vape from these RIP OFF ARTISTS took it home and it wouldn't charge. Called them THE NEXT DAY and they referred me to the product's WARRANTY. Didn't even make an effort to EXCHANGE THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. On the very NEXT DAY! Product had NEVER BEEN USED! Buyer Beware!!! This store has NO REFUNDS! We were up sold on a hookah from $49.00 to $89.00. We were told that the higher priced product was quality and would last. We took it home and found that it was broken. We returned the same afternoon, it for an exchange, but were told that the best they could do was half off a new one. I argued and was told to leave the store. If you are buying cigars or consumable products and don't mind putting up with the slow service, it will suit you. If you buy anything that cost money, that you might need to use multiple times, look elsewhere! They have signs everywhere "NO REFUNDS" so in their defense they are used to customers returning with faulty products. WE did call our credit card company for a refund. read more

Store smelled absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable. A staff member was quite condescending and corrected me several times as I was making comments about merchandise.
