They have a comfy couch, pool table, and TV. There are snacks and drinks there for sale as well. Customer service is excellent and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. You can be comfortable that the sales associates know what they are talking about when they give you advice about this product or that. I know zero about any of this stuff (the laws, the juice, percentages, any of it) so I like to go here where they can help me make my choices. They aren't pushy with sales and don't try to upswell products just to take your money. They get you what you need. Often, the "store dog" Ziggy is there and, being a dog person, I love to go and cuddle the dog on the couch. Just a nice place to go and hang out, get supplies, and meet new people. *update* still my favorite store! The owner is often there and is very helpful and friendly.
