Trash service. I needed a customer picked up from a bar. Ive been hailing taxis for bars for 10+…read moreyears. First they said no because i called on the landline of the physical bar. Then they said no because the person who needed a ride didn't have a cellphone (called from my personal phone) absolutely disgusting to refuse a ride from any paying customer let alone with the reasoning behind it. this is why apps ate beating the competitors. I had to app ride my customer because this taxi service refused, disgusting.

They herd people like cattle and treat you horribly. They charge full price for you to go riding around to drop off other people and get to your destination very late (yet still charge you FULL price plus give themselves a huge tip based on the change they give you back) Then you try to express your concerns and try to establish an agreement on rides that are for a regular customer and the "manager" just yells at you. Use Uber. They're cheaper, and 100% of the time faster.

1 star…read more Beware--unreliable service. I called at 8:01 AM to confirm they would accept my bird in a carrier for a vet visit and was told "no problem." I scheduled a pickup for around 9:50 AM. They never showed up. When I called to check (with only 15 minutes before my appointment), the dispatcher claimed the driver had arrived, honked multiple times, and called me. None of that happened--I was downstairs the entire time and have no missed calls or messages. There was no apology, just indifference. I ended up having to scramble for another ride. I won't be using this service again. At similar prices, I'd recommend using Uber or Lyft, which at least show up and provide tracking.
