My family and I used Nassau Cab for airport service. Booking the trip was as easy as it could be, given I had called the day prior to the departure. The service for our departing flight was superb. I did not think service like this was still in existence!!! Very long story short, booked Nassau Cab for 5 of us to and from the airport. Price was perfect. We were 2 stops, and we were both picked up a bit earlier than planned, which eased my nerves, knowing the Southern State and Belt Parkway. Did I mention this was July 4th, so everyone was going to their bbqs and parties. Anyway, when we got to the airport, we heard a "thud", thinking one of the suitcases fell over. At curbside check-in, I realized that thud was my phone falling out of my pocket. Of course I had the driver's number... on my phone!! We kept calling Tom, who I would recommend to everybody forever, and we were finally able to get through. He was able to get through to the driver, who then turned around and drove back 20 minutes to jfk to return my phone!! My airport sprint is a whole different story. To avoid confusion, I was happy the quote included all expenses; tip, tolls, etc. I received an email confirmation within the hour. The driver texted 30 minutes before pickup time to confirm they were en route, then sent one more text to confirm their arrival, 10 minutes prior to pickup time. I was a bit nervous since this was my first time using them and the early departure, so I called, and was reassured by Johnny that all was in order. Like clockwork, my driver called me 5 min before my pickup time to tell me he was approaching the house. The driver was very courteous (and alert, which hasn't always been the case with other services), and the car was very clean. On top of all of this, the rate was very competitive. I was so pleased by the experience that I made another reservation for the return trip. Different driver, equally courteous, was on-time and waiting for me when I exited the terminal. Excellent Service! I needed to arrange a car to drive 5 of us to a graveside memorial service from Cedarhurst to New Montifiore cemetery in West Babylon. I live in California, so I had to pick a company based on the reviews here. I liked the email confirmation after I called to make the reservation, and the pricing was all up front, with the tip included. It was a snowy day, but our very professional driver got us there, helped us navigate the cemetery (where the areas aren't marked very clearly) and drove us back through the snow.
