He made a mess and pretty much screwed up everything he touched. The butlers pantry doors still have not been finished- said they would be here October 10-11. It is now the 24th. No calls , no explanation. I went by and asked to speak to the owner. I was told she was not there . How convenient. Notice the pic of the back of the butler pantry door and the glass cabinet door. Do you call that professionally done? I say, if your builder steers you toward this company, just say no.

I explained where I lived and she knew exactly what our requirements was and she showed me the flooring options and I fell in love with the first one and I knew I had to have it the entire process of start to finish was an absolute dream and I could not believe how smooth the entire thing was they had someone come out to my condo and do measuring and it only took 10 minutes since they had a smart technology to do so they already had the floor in stock so it's only a matter of weeks for them to come and install it. I work remotely so I was able to leave the condo and have them install it throughout the entire day and when I came back, I was shocked and in all of how beautiful the flooring was I cannot recommend this company enough, and I still talk about how seamless the entire process was how professional everyone was and how amazing the installers were. I faced a dilemma with an interior remodeling project. The problem was in the kitchen. The kitchen…read morecabinets were fairly new. The kitchen was really the only thing prior to buying the house that had been updated. I really did not want to replace them. However, what did remain in the kitchen was a very ugly utility type cabinet with glass doors. The cabinet was extremely useful, it just looked like it did not belong in the kitchen, it matched nothing else in the kitchen or the adjoining rooms in the house. I contacted kitchen cabinet distributors, installation companies, the original kitchen cabinet manufacturer to see if I could have something built to fit the space and match the cabinets. This type of custom cabinet is not what they do. Then I found Carolina Coastal Services. The price was very fair, the delivery estimate was reasonable, and they were willing to work with me in finding a custom solution. When the installation was complete, it was completed on schedule, even given the task of matching the existing cabinet design and finish. I was extremely pleased with the staff, and the finished product. I could not have been more pleased how this new cabinet marched so well, fit in, and enhanced the look of the interior of the house. I will call them again for any custom cabinet, furniture, or construction projects. Based on my experience with Carolina Coastal Services, I can recommend them for home projects. (photos attached)
